Went to Cedar point Friday and Saturday so thats why I switched training day to Sunday. Walked 20+ miles over those two days, plus a bit of fireball. EXHAUSTED. Probably should have took Sunday off, but I didn’t.

A little disappointed with my bench workout yesterday after my first set my arms kept cramping up. I was supposed to do 3 sets of 10. I ended up benching after my accessories because I was waiting for a buddy to show up and spot me etc.

Looking forward to my heavy squat and deadlift day Saturday. I am starting to feel an even bigger fire lighting inside of me. It’s about time. 11 weeks out from my next meet. Sitting at 157.2 this am. Killing the diet game to sit around 154-155. Hopefully in another 2 weeks I’ll be there.
Came to the gym later that night, did some accessory arm and shoulder work for 10 minutes and sprinted up and down a sidewalk outside of the gym.
Woke up 154.8 today! Woooooo!!! Finally. Hopefully I’ll get to 154 even soon, and get that reverse diet going to get SOOOO STRONG @ my new body weight.
I will definitely try to keep this a little bit more updated, as hopefully in my training leading up to my meet in 5 weeks, I should keep hitting some nice PRS.
