Bit of an odd schedule the last few days as I’ve had my dad staying and we’ve been building a path. A little less actual training than I would ideally like but I have been doing real life sandbag carries and mixing a few 100kgs of concrete by hand!

3x bench press @ 60kg
But of a weird schedule over the last few days with work, visiting family etc. I owe a couple of EMOMs from the last two lifting workouts which I had to shorten as I ran out of time. I’m going to try and make up for them Saturday morning.
