Salt When Cutting

Good or bad?

Should I cook with salt or stay away from it? Will more salt in my diet tend to keep me bloated or the opposite?

Thanks

What are you cutting for??

If your used to the sodium intake then No you wont bloat and the sodium is a needed electrolyte. Many ppl dont get enough those obsessive about diet and who train hard and sweat.

If you go and add a ton above your regular intake you will notice some water weight from the new use.

Now if for like a BB contest etc you can manipulate sodium to get uber dry really load the hell up, get used to the excess sodium and when you drop iy a few days out and deplete youll lose a ton of water easier.

If for performance reasons a sport I DONT suggest dropping sodium to darn long unless you REALLY need to make weight. It will effect performance
