Sale at a Vitamin Store

Its buy one get one half off this month.

Vitamine D3 theres the pills of 5000 IU a pill. Im thinking buy those and take two a day?

The other supplement Im looking into investing is Ginkgo biloba Extract. The liquid form is 1000ml a drop.

Would you guys recommend Ginkgo? From what Ive read it helps with blood circulation and with memory, so Im very interested in it.
Is it something where its good to take anytime or is it like caffeine where I will grow a tolerance to it?

Regarding vitamin D levels:

Gingko has a lot of claims, I’m not sure how substantial they are. I haven’t done the research myself. I believe there are better options if you’re looking to help blood circulation and memory. If you want to do some research of your own, look into l-Tyrosine, GABA, and Alpha GPC for cognitive related supplements

10k Vid D is likely excessive… likely… get blood work done to be sure

4k/day has my levels around 65ng/ml

I tried Ginkgo for a few weeks and ended up with pretty bad headaches. No bueno in my book, but some people do seem to respond well to it.

I’ve heard that Ginkgo can help with memory as well, but damn if I can’t find something to help with my memory.

S

I can never remember to take my gingko

ha ha

I’ve heard it tossed around that 85ng/mL is money, and some say it should be closer to 100ng/mL for optimum health. I’ve been playing with 10k iu/day and don’t have complaints, though don’t have any huge pros to report either. I do know that when I get a lot of sun, that’s where it’s at.

I’ve not had it tested, but I do know that I’ve generally been feeling better once I started taking 6k/day.
