I ask you to give this an honest try…
1.) Eat a few fresh sage leaves (they’re pretty powerful…I chew them into a wad and swallow like a pill).
2.) Wait a few hours.
3.) Do something that involves thinking on your feet.
Sage has been studied as a possible preventative to Alzheimer’s. It’s been shown to inhibit cholinesterase and improve short term memory in several studies. Here’s a couple:
Dusty old journal articles aside, I’ve been taking it daily for a couple weeks now, and not only do I feel more focused, it has seemingly helped me to speak much more fluidly and eloquently.
