Safe Supps for Quick Muscle Growth?

Currently using hyperdrol x2 and mass fx, today is my 5th day on it and i have a 4week supply, however if this doesnt work out what else is there for quick muscle growth/strength?

I think if it “doesn’t work out” and you haven’t gotten huge after the four week supply you should just give up. That supp plus four weeks SHOULD get you to the Olympia.

There are no short cuts to muscle growth. You can’t simply take a pill and get jacked in 4 weeks. I suggest you post your diet so people can help you with that. Your diet will do more for you than any pill.

What are your views on epistane (epidrol), AX superdrol and halodrol?

I doubt i will get huge from 1 tub of hyperdrol x2 and 1 tub of mass fx anyway mate, i researched and saw lots of poeple have used this stack so i am currently using it for a 4 week period to try and up my strength and therefore gain muscle mass.

Riiiiiiighht. Maybe you missed my point. 4 weeks is NOT long enough to gain enough mass to tell if a supp is working or if the supp is the reason for the gains.

At 19, you should be experiencing quality gains (if your time in the gym is quality) WITHOUT whatever-drol. You’re asking for supps that will give you “quick” gains. Gaining muscle is not “quick”. Eat right, lift with intensity. You don’t need the new hip supps. Most of those whatever-drols, NO supps, are junk. Stay away.

Most experienced guys will tell you the PH’s that are legal now are crap. Their basically steroids with an added ester which makes them have minimal effects but nasty sides.

At least that’s what I’ve gathered.

cueball was kidding man. The PH’s these days just kill your liver and not much else. Back when I first started I tried everything I could get my hands on, and nothing worked like it would claim. All I did was waste a boat load of money on false hopes.

I would suggest that you save that money and buy a great PWO drink like SURGE or some protein powder. These things will give you better gains than the PH’s without the nasty side effects.

You will see a crap ton of people who say they gained mass while on X product but they are usually one of two kinds of people,

  1. Reps byt he company trying to sell a product
  2. people who would have gained mass as long as they picked up a weight (newby gains).

So I suggest taking the advice of someone who already had those mistakes and go the route I suggested above.

have to disagree to a certain degree men, there tons of reviews about hyperdrol x2 and mass fx as a stack getting a few lbs gain and an increase in strength, there not all bias views but im currently on this stuff if my strength doesnt go up abit and i dont gain abit of weight i dont intend to buy it again, but Anabolic Xtreme has a good reputation for getting results.

Yeah just make sure after you’re done getting stronger you take MONSTER-RIPPED-500 at 4 servings a day with sartorius-drol-XXX-!23! at each serving. My buddy tried this and he’s entering the olympia this year after he gets done with baseball season.

What is monset ripped 500 and sartorius drol xxx 23? steriods, pro hormone or what?
Where do you get it? What gains did you mate get?

Yeah, well you can and really should get a few lbs gain and strength increases from proper diet and training without any supplementation at all. So those reviews are really no surprise. These supplements arent total crap but are very hard on your liver for the benefits you get from them. More sides and less effective than actual stereoids. That is a given.

I’d disagree that there are no shortcuts as someone said. These ARE shortcuts. But their ‘safety’ is debateable. And proper training and diet is still essential to progress even with these prohormones. So, post yours.

You are not getting it at all. And your mindset’s totally wrong.

Everyone reacts differently to supplements. Most cases that are advertised contain a group of people that would make the most gains (i.e. newbies and people that are genetically predisposed to high muscle growth) and that’s how they sucker people into buying their supplements.

Its simple, if you want to gain the maximum amount of muscle; you have to eat and train in order to do so.

I agree with another poster here; toss your diet down so the minds at T-Nation can tell you what are good options/changes.

I doubt you will find one credible source here on T-Nation that will say there is one supplement to take that will get you huge.

My personal staples: protein, fish oil, creatine and bcaa.

There is my opinion; take it how you wish and good luck getting huge!!

Good grief. Please do some research on it, or go read the supplement info on Flameout that should about sum it up.

You don’t seem to have the most basic knowledge on supplements yet you are taking steroids with an added ester (which hurts your liver)…not good.

Hmm, having read this thread, your “meal plan” suddenly makes perfect sense.

I honestly think as far as nutrition goes, everyone already knows what they should be eating, they just don’t.

Testosterone is the safest supplement for quick muscle growth.

Period.
