Safe, Progressive and Focused Inroad

I like making robot sounds when I lift. But not the old ones from the 50’s and 60’s, you know, the blorp bleepbooop era.

I like the fancy modern ones like there’s a bunch of servos and linear actuators working.

I bet if one were to use the right material you could make a real electronic muscle out of ferofliud and electromagnetic bladders, but what kind of sound would that make?

Hmmmm… I was under the impression that university studies had debunked that on several occasions.

Nope. Robot sounds definitely make you stronger. I’ve been utilizing this technique since I was 8, so 40 years, and I am much stronger than when I was 8.

I was talking the superiority of leg press… robot sounds are common knowledge and can’t be disputed.:wink:

This thread is gold.

I may need an anatomy refresher

@trainforpain You can’t isolate L4-L5?

Casual.

I felt antagonistic, so I deleted it. I guess we’ll have to go all the way to the definition of a joint for me here.

Will this explanation require a safe, progressive and focused inroad?

(I don’t even know if I’m using these terms correctly haha)

I think we’ve established that’s not a concern!

@planet_healh what does ā€œhealhā€ mean?

Me too dude!

Where you at? It’s been like 8 days.

You still kickin?

Probably still kickin somewhere, but not here:

Wow. I did not see that coming.

Thats a shame tbh
