How so are these in accurate (I will give you the Greeks based on loppars comment)?
It is well known indigenous populations were decimated both due to disease and a desire to convert the “savages” (if they didn’t outright kill the people it definitely killed particular cultures).
From Putin’s address. This is only a small part of it. I do not like some things I’ve only recently learned about Putin. I’ve also only recently learned the background of the situation.
I do not wish for war. However, I wonder if I should reasonably think there was no provocation for this.

NATO is on the Russian (Soviet) border since 1949 because Norway is a founding member. In addition, Poland joined in 1999 and the Baltic states in 2004 so that’s 73 (22 and 17) years on the direct border of Russia. But Russians keep repeating the obvious falsehood about the alleged “encroachment” of NATO.
If anything, NATO countries went out of the way not to provoke Russia - after Crimea and before this war NATO presence on the border with Russia is in the hundreds with only light weaponry. Not to mention that all these countries that joined literally begged for years to join, it’s not like anyone was forcing them.

Holy fuck, I’ve been through some really nasty war stuff as a young teenager, but I’m pretty sure my balls would shrivel in the presence of this man and his appendages. He’s 26 years old and he’s on the leaked “find and execute” Putin’s list that Biden’s administration got hold of. He seems rather cavalier about it as he awaits the Russians.
How does everyone think Russia will attack America to force America to reluctantly go to war? Blow up a military plane carrying American civilians over Russia? Blow up a group of sightseeing civilian tourists in an imitation nuclear sub that’s only 1/4 in Russian waters? Bomb an elementary school full of children that definitely isn’t being used to store nuclear weapons but is one day found to maybe have contained some? Something simple like killing an American citizen who has left the country to join the Ukraine’s military? The possibilities seem endless. What will that evil bastard do to us?
