Rush!

Wow! I’ve been missing some superp posts! Then orion posted a retort which only serves to further ruin his weak-assed stance.

I see America this way (another analogy);

Take any ordinary neighborhood in the USA. In it, there’s any number of families living thier own quiet lives. Then one day, a pedophile moves in just down the block.

No one really notices much or pretends not to. As time goes by, the talk going on in the homes of the neighbors is about that “wierd guy down the street” and how he watches the kids walk home from school.

Until one fateful day, little Brian is late coming home from school. He’s 20 minutes late, he’s an hour late…

When he finally get’s home, he’s unusually quiet. He’s no longer the outgoing, fun kid he was the day before. His mom’s friend thinks she saw little Brian talking to “that pervert” the day he was late.

His mom knows what what must’ve happened. Brian wont say but she knows. His dad wont admit he knows because he’s too embarrassed and too afraid to do anything to make this end even though he knows it’ll happen again. Hopefully not to his boy, maybe someone else’s kid (he hopes).

But there’s this dad, two houses down that with all the rumors, the talk and the suspicion decides to do something and do it NOW! He knows that Brian’s dad wont act, in fact none of the other dads have the balls to even speak about what they know in thier hearts is going on just down the street to little, innocent boys like Brian.

This dad is big. This dad has always had a bit of a mean streak. He’s no saint, that’s for sure. He’s been to a strip club. He’s even been in a fight that he, himself started. He’s strict, he’s stern and he yells at his boy when he sees him doing the things he did when he was young.

But for all his faults, he’s a man of principle. He’s a man of action. And even though he’s far from perfect, he knows when it’s time to kick some pedophile ass. This dad, unannounced, takes a walk down the street. He rings the doorbell, the door opens and he pushes his way inside. The door closes. The sounds of breaking furniture and fists meeting face are all but ignored by the neighbors but they know what’s going on inside. One man, one admittedly imperfect man is putting and end to untold atrocities, heinous acts perpetrated on innocent boys just like his. He’s doing the job no one else was willing or able to do.

While the other neighbors sat idly by, hoping it would all stop, this dad said “Not in my fucking neighborhood, motherfucker” and decided to cure the disease.

Orion, you’re the geeky little guy down the street that spends the entire day babling on about how vicious, how violent, how barbaric the dad was all the while, in your own little way, telling us the pedophile “was just being friendly”.

No, we’re not perfect. Yes, we’ve made mistakes. But if you think we’re going to sit back and let the likes of you try and twist our history into someting that helps you sleep at night, you’re crazy.

This was an excellent analogy. I perceive most Europeans this way, as little rodents who scurry from danger. Thank God for the United States of America!!

There really is no steotypical American. That’s what makes us so indomitable.

We’re Native American, we’re African American, Korean, Spanish, Swedish, French, Middle Eastern, Cape Verdian and yes, even a little Austrian. We’re everything and yet we’re all American.

So go fuck yourself.

You forgot caveman…[/quote]

It’s so easy an Austrian could do it!

Some of our corporations are guilty of aiding the Nazi efforts.

http://www.ibmandtheholocaust.com/articles/auschwitz.html

However, IBM and so forth had to keep it all very quiet or they would have seriously been lynched.

Note: this is NOT a defense of Orion’s comments about sniper rifles or any of that. That WAS purely stupid.

From the link:

“The trains running to Auschwitz were tracked by a special guarded IBM customer site facility at 22 Pawia in Krakow. The millions of punch cards the Nazis in Poland required were obtained exclusively from IBM, including one company print shop at 6 Rymarska Street across the street from the Warsaw Ghetto. The entire Polish subsidiary was overseen by an IBM administrative facility at 24 Kreuz in Warsaw.”

AN American stereotype.

As in, one of them.

Or tank.

And I am not even talking about the ones used by Americans just the ones you sold.

Can you spell h-y-p-o-c-r-i-t-e?

Because I can.

So can everyone else around the globe.

Plus, to be despised by the right people for the right reasons is a badge of honor.

It’s OK to be grateful for being sheltered for so many years. It’s rude not to be. Guess rudeness and misplaced haughtiness is more of a European stereotype…

Well if you feel I got my ass handed to me by ChuckyT, you have evry right to feel that way.

You are wrong though.

It was basically the same tripe over again, just repeated in more detail.

I am not from the O?Reilly/Limbaugh school of thought that believes everything is a valid argument just because it is yelled loud enough and has “USA!USA!” in it somehwere and that you “win” a discussion by repeating the same BS over and over.

The USA can do nothing wrong because the Nazis/Commies did worse.

Now THAT is moral relativism.

The number one arms dealer in the world is who?

Glashouses, stones, etc?

Listen guys,if you seriously believe that any government, anywhere at any time did something because of noble reasons you have still a lot of growing up to do.

And yes, that includes the US government.

And yes, the reason the Austrian government only committs relatively little crimes every now and then is because it is a small government, not in relative but in absolute terms.

Small government => goood!

I would expect an American conservative to get that, but American conservativism seems to consist these days of power drunk ra-ra boys whose only hobby it is to masturbate to the American flag while listening to the “Star-Spangled Banner”.

As to the personal insults.

Unless some members of this board I make enough money, my penis is large enough and I do not get a panic attack when I talk to attractive women.

This is why I feel no need to draw 2/3 of my ego from hiding behind the mightiest military phall, uh, might in history and the remaining 1/3 out of the amount of squirrels I am able to shoot before I get to bang my 1st grade cousin in my 80s pickup.

Good job on being above the personal insults, you prejudice SOB.

Why, do you feel I that describes you in any way?

Or is it that I try to give as good as I get, even after the mighty Americans have spoken?

What’s sad is that you and your kind stay pissed off at America all the time, don’t you have a life.Do you think any American actually cares about Austria? No,you and your country would have to be relevant for that to happen. And its not.So continue with this Napoleon complex you and a lot of Europeans have about being knocked down on the World totem pole by America. And terrorist will continue to kill and destroy in Europe, because of your “enlightened” betamale appeasement.Go grow a backbone.

I have no doubt that it feels like that in what you call “reality”.

If you call what I do “whining”, I am happy to be a whiner.

I am also not from the school of thought that gets irritated by stupid labels that are used by people who have nothing meaningful to say to the topic.

orion/jeorge haider,

You are an enemy of the United States. Gloating over the effectiveness of sniper weapons sold to iran is definitive evidence.

Your arguments are feeble and weak. Futher, you are a petulant whiner.

Let’s think about your recent attempt at an argument.

Imagine the United States is as guilty and malignant as you and your sweaty little friends imagine. It still doesn’t justify nor excuse selling sniper weapons to the iranians.

Unless, of course, your countrymen would like to fight. If you’d like to have a direct confrontation, please have your government say so.

In that case, I welcome the opportunity to take your house.

However, if you continue to supply our enemies and run your little mouths without declaring hostilities openly, then you are cowardly curs.

No, this fucker said that we have a weapons industry and that we sell them internationally.

As we are a neutral country, those companies are not allowed to sell into war zones.

We can hardly not sell to anyone though, the US might attack in the future, because that includes the whole planet.

Then, and I will repeat this as often as possible, the number one arms dealer world wide, countrywise, is the US of A.

If you do not get it into your heads how ridiculous it is to whine about 200 sniper rifles selling billions worth of weapons all around the globe each year, well then continue to live in la-la land.

Want to know where Iran got most of its fighter planes from?

Do the names F-14 Tomcats, F4-Phantom and F5 fighters ring any bells you hypocritical ignorant fuckers?

Hey, Derek.

He certainly did. I asked him directly if he was happy that his country was selling advanced weaponery to iran in time of conflict. This was just after the sniper weapons from austria were found in the hands of the shiite militia. orion knew that they were being used to kill American troops. Further, I made sure to include that in my question to him.

He stated he was glad that his country was selling these weapons and even bragged about their effectiveness.

Don’t take my word for it, scan back through his posts (your head will hurt.)

In short, he needs some serious pain.
