Rush Limbaugh Bids For St.Louis Rams

Yeah he is an entertainer which is why it seems so stupid that people listen to him to garner and build their political philosophy. Same as Glen Beck. I just watched like 5 minutes of that guy’s show and he spent 2/3 of the time acting like hes in a Broadway show.

Al Sharpton might use race to fill up his pockets but Rush Limbaugh also does the same thing with anti conservative politics. They’re both the same, they love all the media attention. The thing is there is no true “patriotic commentator” in a free market system where financial gain is the motive. A lot of the historic figures who changed the world (Martin Luther King, Ghandi etc) did so with the passion of a vision and to see that vision become fulfilled. I want to see Rush Limbaugh and Glen Beck personally go to Washington and hold up those tea party signs if they truly are so “passionate” and “concerned” about the current politic situation in America. Think about this. If he doesn’t say radical things people won’t listen in the numbers they do, and if they don’t listen then whats the point of being on air if you cant get your “message” across to the public.

But then again that’s not my point. My point is that Limbaugh personally attacks people with whom he politically disagrees with. Bill Clinton is a vivid example that comes to mind. Bill Clinton has done more for people of the world today then any other person I can think of. The guy was a great president and an even better ambassador today. Yet, he and his wife got hammered by Limbaugh and they still do, all because he knows if he says he “respects” them on air hes going to lose 5 million like minded individuals who gasp at the mention of the words “democrat” or “liberal.” What level of ignorance does a man have when he says he wants the President and his policies to fail? By insinuating that you HOPE more government intervention fails you are making a fool of yourself when you say they WILL NOT work. Because they will not work under any circumstances right?

Basically hes ignorant, a pessimist, radical, and an attention whore. Its good that he got rejected.

(World needs more uniting figures than dividers like him)

Did a sheep skull fuck you when you were little, because that is just plain retarded. You think government intervention is an actual good thing? You like when the government comes into your home and tells you what to do like you’re their little bitch? You actually think what Bill Clinton did was a good thing? No people that listen to Rush are not scared of the “Democrats” or “Liberals.” How does Rush do the same thing as Al Sharpton, does Rush go to corporations and say I am going to sue you because you’re liberal and I’m going to tell the media what you did unless you give me money, does he go around to white people and say, “You’re a victim of these people because these people are liberals?”

You want a figure instead of divider huh? What like Barrack Obama, is he a figure? Guess what Barrack Obama is nothing like Martin Luther King Jr. MLK was more of a divider than he was a figure. The man spoke his opinion, he divided people because some agreed, some didn’t. There was a lot of people that hated MLK and wish someone would kill him.
please stop- my sides hurt from laughing.

Anyway- this is pretty simple- the NFL- which is (for lack of a better word) directed by Goodell simply did not want a big-mouth/loose cannon as a minority owner. Because they are not publicly owned, they are allowed to decide who gets to be a member of their very exclusive club.

But they are tickled to death to have big-mouth/loose cannons as majority owners?

And big mouth felons as players?

Its a one way street with these guys. If Al Sharpton wanted to buy a team, they’d let him. Funny how the guys who preach “tolerance” are the most intolerant of other viewpoints.

I must’ve missed something. What has old Jerrah Jones said that was so offensive? Please let me know, because other than tweaking Jimmy Johnson, I do not remember him saying anything that was blatantly offensive (unless of course you are a Washington fan).

I disagree. I do not think that Sharpton would be allowed to buy into a team- even as a (silent) minority owner. What evidence exists to suggest that he would be invited into this particular club?

Please let me know, because other than tweaking the press over the McNabb situation, I do not remember him saying anything that was blatantly offensive - and even that wasn’t close to “blatantly offensive” (unless of course you are a liberal who is tolerant of other views to the extent that those views are shared by the liberal).
Well lets see…

“The NAACP should have riot rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies.”

“They oughtta change Black History Month to Black Progress Month and start measuring it.”

I found these after a 20 second google search.

Both are fabricated. Try again.

Well, if they are could you provide a link? I’m legit curious.

His 19th century views on race aside, he is also a walking hypocrisy.

And a Christian…(not) coincidentally.

My one a sensitive, soft-hearted, easily offended guy ye be.

Again, I must’ve missed something. What has old Rush Limbaugh said that was so offensive? Please let me know…
LOL! Far from offended. It is just easy to show how big of lowlife Rush is.

Honestly, shouldn’t you provide a direct source for your quotes? Not sure what the Christian remark was about, either.

It took me five seconds to google Rush quotes. Those two were taken from ask.com. There were a gillion sites providing quotes that all showed he is giant A-hole douchebag.

He is the typical Christian that, for example, wants to throw drug users in prison for life, but then admits he is drug addict himself. He unfortunately has the views/opinions of the vast majority of every ignorant redneck that lives within the state of Oklahoma.

Makes me a lowlife too then. I agree with a lot Rush has to say. Never ever once heard a racist statement out of him.

What I HAVE heard is racists, more appropriately “reverse racists”, say that Rush is a racist. Though none of them including you have ever backed it up. It’s one of those things that dishonest individuals do slanderously and then the liberal flock, of which I suspect you are one of the sheep, bleat and bleat and bleat until Lenin’s axiom, “A lie told often enough becomes truth,” kicks in.
See my post in response to Sloth. Among other things, Rush is a walking hypocrisy, but will spout off Christian virtues to his flock. Now I haven’t seen anything from you that would lead me or anyone else to believe you are a lowlife like Rushie.

Rush routinely makes ignorant statements. “Take the bone out of your nose”, remember that?

Rush can say whatever he wants on his show and he obviously does. I haven’t listened to to him for more than 30 seconds in many years and don’t plan on it anytime soon. I just think it’s amusing seeing some of you stick up for him when his past record on social issues are so divisive.

I’m also not sure how you could have ever misconstrued my political beliefs as liberal.

It’s good to know you’re one of the “good” Oklahomans and not some “ignorant redneck.”
I’m being unfair. The ignorant rednecks are okay guys as long as a black president doesn’t get elected, they can buy enough ammo to supply a Brigade of Soldiers, and they can beat gay people on sight.
