So I just started running Letro to nix my gyno lumps that Arimidex could not control from happening, URGH!
Just started the Letro Saturday (taper up still in progress). 0.5mg Sat, 1.0mg Sunday, 1.5mg today… tomorrow up to 2.0mg then at 2.5mg until the lumps are nuked (plus a week), before I taper back down to 0.5mg maintenance dose for duration of cycle.
Here’s my concern I’m leaving the country for 4 days this week Friday-Monday. Can’t (rather don’t want to risk) take my Letro with me. Don’t want customs taking it.
Will I be okay if I just dose high before leaving and let half life taper down until I get back on the 4th day?
I’m nervous about estrogen rebound during that 4 days. Should I be?
It’s been feeling better since you told me to add nolva. But was getting puffy still. Only three days on Letro and lumps have zero sensation anymore. Hoping they start to shrink away shortly. I’m back off Nolva, and just Letro. Saving Nolva to combat rebound later.
Found some liquid Letro so it’s easy to dose accurately. I’m stoked!

the loss of sensation is definitely a good thing! Be prepared to still have a little tiny lump for the rest of your days. That happens sometimes.
I wouldn’t have dropped the nolva, personally, but if it doesn’t hurt anymore then something you’re doing is working.
Ever banged a dumbell against a gyno flare up? Oohyafucker[/quote]
Yes, yes I have sir. Shit just getting stuff out of the bed of my F150 hurts…lol. Seatbelt… Annoying!
Yeah my right side has a tiny permanent lump from Two years ago. Left was clear prior to this go around though. Right was quarter sized last Friday.
Today they feel same size but no sensitivity, and not near as puffy. Feeling optimistic.
I stopped the Nolva thinking the letro should reduce my estrogen so that it wouldn’t be needed. I’ll toss it back in at first sign of itchiness thogh

if you really wanna minimize the gyno, then you need to block the ER (i.e. use a SERM) and reduce estrogen (i.e. use an AI)…
since you have both available, it might be worth your time to use them together when you get back from your trip…
