Letro Help

So I decided to take a large dose of pharm grade dbol as part of my test cycle (i guess 50mg a day is too much for pharma) and after a couple weeks my nipples got sore, tender, puffy, and now have painful lumps underneath. (I stopped the dbol right away and it hasn’t progressed since) They aren’t that large, I’d say maybe a little larger than a pea, but they are definitely tender still. I obtained some letrozole 2.5mg capsules, and I do have nolvadex on hand, but I still have about 5 weeks left of test in my cycle. I am around 6-7% bf

How should I plan this out to reduce the lumps (or possibly reverse the gyno)? There are so many different opinions on this so I couldn’t find a definitive answer. Should I wait until I take my last shot, then start the letro 2.5 mg ed for a month then taper off while taking Nolva 40/40/20/20? Or should i start the letro now and continue running it until 3-4 weeks after my last shot of enthanate then start the nolva?

Thanks

I’m no pro, so this post is only based on my experience. I got gyno pretty bad towards the end of a Test/Tren cycle a couple years back. Nothing would take away the pain (Arimidex and Nolva together didn’t do shit). My seatbelt made me cringe the pain was so bad.

My buddy hooked me up with some Letro after that. I took it low to high to low. .5mg, 1mg, 1.5mg, 2mg, 2.5mg (ran 2.5 ED for two weeks). When the pain was gone and lump had subsided I tapered back down to 2, 1.5, 1, .5

I imagine just running 2.5 ED would do the trick pretty well. But it will anhialate all estrogen and you’re going to feel like shit on it.

Mine was nuked in two weeks, but I kept taking Letro for another week after just to be sure. Then I tapred off a few days and good.

But it’s flared up a couple times on me since then on just pro-hormones and DAA. So it probably will always be there lurking. I keep Arimidex on hand now and take it as I feel the itchiness.

Did you start the letro while on cycle still? Everything I’ve read was letro while off cycle which is confusing me

I started Letro off the cycle. But that’s because I was busy trying everything else first. By the time I had given A-Dex and Nolva a few weeks to work to no avail, and the week I spent waiting on my Letro, I had completed my cycle already.

I would think Letro would almost “ruin” your cycle, because with zero estrogen it’s hard to build. But again, I’m by no means a pro to take advice from.

All I know is the Letro was the only thing that zapped my gyno, and that it did pretty darn well. But it isnt going to be gone permanently. Surgery is the only permanent way to get rid of it. you can keep it in check though.

Since I wasn’t still on the test, and took the Letro, I felt like garbage. I was moody, no sex drive, tired a lot, and my joints started to hurt like hell. But it was worth it to kill the nip pain.

Read the gyno sticky

this is sad to read. sounds like a bunch of retarded kids playing with hormones. our country is screwed.

as stated read the sticky

but I’d be taking the letro on cycle. Otherwise you’ll be killing estrogen levels and have low test. Combination for overall shittyness lol maybe just drop the test to lower dose. Run letro til gyno is gone. You want to stay on an AI after this, maybe switch to arimidex after and run right up until start of SERM to prevent rebound.

Molonlabe, please don’t give advice
