Running HCG and HMG for 2 Weeks Before PCT. Arimidex Dosing?

I’ve been blasting and cruising for 18 months.

Just stopped my T shots yesterday, and I’m running 1500iu HCG EOD and 75iu HMG EOD for 2 weeks, then I will start my SERM for 6 weeks.

During the HCG/HMG, what dose of Arimidex is suitable? Is it necessarily something I need at all even? I only have Arimidex available to me, no aromasin:/ I’d really like to avoid totally crushing my E2 entirely.

Would .1mg daily be safe to use for the two weeks? To prevent rebound, would I just taper off the last 3-5 days?

So you’re done blasting and cruising and are now going into a PCT/restart? I don’t think you need any dose of an AI for that process. Why take HCG & HMG?

That’s correct. PCT.

And I’m running the HCG and HMG to bring back my balls in both size and function. AI because I know that HCG raises E2 considerably.

I did TRT almost two years, and I have drastically reduced semen volume. My girlfriend really doesn’t like it.

Is this caused by TRT? How can I get it back?

It’s common to have low semen volume and less forceful ejaculations on TRT and is caused by the suppression of LH and FSH. I have the same problem.

HCG can restore semen volume and ejaculation force. Most doctors refuse to prescribe TRT in conjunction with HCG and private clinics are unable to get HCG from compounding pharmacies due to the new law.

I have Pregnyl HCG.
Been dosing at 250iu 3x per week. But no improvement.

Am I not taking enough? Does coming off TRT restore ejaculate volume (assuming my HPTA recovers)?

That’s a low weekly dosage of HCG, 500 iu twice weekly is the norm and some need more.

You are expected to return to baseline levels, it’s rare for someone not to, so assuming you could get an erection while having low-T, then yes you can restore ejaculate volume.

Yes, it is not unheard of, though not everyone reports it. We give our guys hCG if they are uncomfortable with this. Another option is FSH though it is more expensive.

FSH meaning HMG? I have HMG on-hand also. I just started running 75iu ever other day.

No, follicle stimulating hormone. HMG stimulates FSH.

So me taking 75iu of HMG every other day should help restore my FSH then, correct?

To increase seminal fluid volume? I’m not sure. Generally, you’re looking at several months to completely restore FSH.

Yeah I meant why take both? HMG contains LH/FSH, HCG mimics LH. Seems like overlap
