Hampster Wheel - 10 min, dislocates and windmills
Incline Bench
sets of 5 to 135
Incline Bench
Ws 75% 160x5
Ws 85% 180x3
ws 95% 210x1 Instead of max reps, I decided to max single…bug up my ass…
223x1
243x1
253x1 Probably could’ve done 258…didn’t want to push it. The odd number is attributed to 2 44# plates
5x10@135
DB Rows 5x12@55
chins 5x4 BW
CGBP 135x10, 175x10, 195x10
Peace…

Nice work, ruglayer. Is that a PR? Or was it just to see what you could push?
I end up maxing once per cycle (usually week 3). I just can’t help myself!

Actually, now that you mention it, it is a PR…Damn. I’m gonna start back to flat after 1 or 2 more cycles.
Continued deload. Felt like I accomplished shit…but common sense overruled my urge to max. On a side note…took my youngest to see A Christmas Carol in IMAX 3D. Friggin amazing. And the best part, Disney didn’t change the story at all.
Only 20# off my alltime pr and that was done like, ohhhh, 2 yrs ago. So, progress being made. In case the deload cops are around, I’ll be hiding in the bushes
Went according to plan today. No surprises. New cycle starts Saturday. I’m thinking of going to a 8 week cycle something along these lines…
Wk1 5’s
wk2 3’s
wk3 5/3/1
4,5,6 the same way, week 7 max, week 8 deload. IF everything seems to be going well at that time, I’ll continue. You know what they say…‘Take suggestions from everyone, then figure out what works for you and do it’. Or, as Dan John likes to say…‘Everything works…for a while’. Peace
It’s tough posting during deload weeks, isn’t it. Doesn’t feel like you’re doing anything, while your working out. It doesn’t feel like you did anything, when you’re done. And it doesn’t fee like there is anything worth posting, when you sit down at the computer.
Looks like a plan. I be interested to see your take on it.
