How is school going?
An A in my history class and so far I’m pulling an A in my English Comp class. Real school starts in the fall. Taking 3, maybe 4 classes. If I’m still not working, I’m gonna make it 4.
Great job!! Making the most of the opportunity…

Bloomers Park Stairs

6 sets of stairs today. Here I thought only a few people enjoyed pain, there were at least 15 others already on the stairs this morning when we got there.

Squat deload accomplished. No pain

No!!! Not the dreaded DELOAD

WooHoo! Another successful deload! I would say, “Now, back to work!”, but you have been working.

Military deload complete. Only deads to go!!! Yayyyy!!! I was in and out of the gym in like 40 mins today. I think that’s a record.

Haha. I wish I could do that. I seem to spend atleast 1h 30min. I’m too fat to go any faster haha.

Bench Fives
190x5
220x5
250x10 PR(+3) Going up only 5# per cycle makes for some duplication so I have no choice but to beat rep maxes.

Dips
55x5
65x5
75x7

Krocs
3x7@90 These are starting to get heavy!!!

Hammerstrength Iso Pulldowns
185x5
215x5
240x5…barely. May have to backtrack on these after this cycle.

45# plate raises to front
2x10

Stairs in the morning.

And a nice rep PR that is. Great job! 250x10 is big lifting.

RL, after reading your post in bulldog’s log, there is no reason that it has to be 300# only. There might be enough interest in this to have a couple of groups…250# group and a 300# group. Or whatever weight is decided upon. If I recall correctly, and I might not, you, Jack, and OP are all within 5-15# of each other. We could differentiate, in the log, by starting each post with the goal weight as the 1st line in the post.

If you are good with the 300# goal, nevermind, but it is just a thought.

That sounds like an option, seeing how you two are way ahead of me. But, keep looking over your shoulders. I can be sneaky at times!!!

I could be wrong, but isn’t that what 531 is all about? Great lifting!

Great benching, 250 x 10 is fantastic!

Oh, don’t worry, I’ll definitly be watching. Your bench progression proves the need for that.

Jack, any interest in joining in?

Shit, I’m happy when my bench creeps over 300. I’ll be jumping for joy when I hit 225 on the OHP! That said, I’m in.

Lol…somehow I knew you would be. Not one to turn down a friendly challenge.

See Rug, we have another. Now it is just to decide if everyone is going for 300# or 300# and a second group at whatever weight you decide on.

Best plan after a intense day of running stairs involves a recliner and beer.
Nice job getting the work in.

Looks like Jack and OP are onboard.
