Her pup was really getting after it, or them, as the case may be.
Great job getting the work in. Looks like your sneaking back up on your old bench numbers. Good plan. Works best if it doesn’t see you coming ![]()
Little dogs realize attitude is everything. Glad you’re back. Ain’t really necessary to have a master plan all the time. Just work your way through the doms and something’ll come to you.
Thanks guys, its been tough to get a handle on things mentally lately. I’m sure thankful y’all still follow my log. It sure isnt much to crow about of late.

Another high rep cluster fuck. I think I’m going to try to get back to a high rep day and a heavy day. Hopefully that will get me jump started again. I breezed through this workout in about 30 minutes. It took me longer to ride to and from the gym. It was a feat getting motivated this morning. Looking back I’m glad I made the effort. Tomorrow I will try to roll out of bed for some back work.
JW’s morning thought: I realize, that television is called a medium because it is neither rare nor well done.
Good work, JW. Nothing wrong with smoking through a workout.
JW-You may feel like your wandering, but you aren’t giving up and that what counts in the end!
Wilson, getting a plan for your workouts will help outside of the gym. I had a friend that used to say, “Organization is the key to happiness.” While that isn’t always true, it can definitely help at times.
