When dosing Adex on cycle, without proper blood test numbers, how does one go about determining how much to take a day?
Start low and increase if necessary.
1mg/d is considered the upper end of the range NOT the starting point.

Hmm must have missed the part about 1mg/d being upper end, although it did seem high to start. I must have missed the stickied threads because most of the specifics provided in those revolved around letro. The most I got from them was that .25mg to 3.0mg a day was the normal range. 0.5 being a good starting place.
So would 0.5 be the most reasonable place to start?
How much to use depends solely on how much aromatizeble androgen is present.
Then there are individual differences.
If the cycle is 500mg/wk of T. I’d say 0-.25mg eod is good for people who arent sensitive to aromatization and .5mg ed is for people with high sensitivity. And everyone is different.
I need a bit less than .25mg ed on 500mg T
Suggest 1mg/week per 100mg test ester per week. Take in divided ED or EOD doses. Needs are probably proportional to free T or bioavailable T.
1mg/day is for treating estrogen positive female breast cancer. That makes women feel horrible. You are wanting to modulate E2 levels, not kill them.
You need to understand the issues with anastrozole over-responders.

KSman we’ve discussed anastrozole over responce before, and why I should be careful with the stuff, and trust me I will continue to be very delicate with my adex use.
