I never realized how hard I arched until I started taping my sets…
I was just going to where my triceps were touching the ground as opposed to getting my elbows getting closer to touching.
The Brazzers T is just a joke with my friends haha.
I was excited about my first 4 plate pull but I still feel super weak compared to everyone else in the 181’s
