Damn arthritis does not sound fun. I get tension headaches but tbh they were worse when I didn’t work out.

Today was day 2 of DFW:

Friday:

  • Cardio 1hr

Yesterday:

  • Clean and Push Press SS Clean and Front Squat 2x32kg - 3x3, failed midway through my fourth set, I’m calling it whenever I fail because my technique is pretty hairy and I don’t feel like dying right now.

  • Shrugs 2x32kg - 50, 50

  • BPAs - 100

So, quite obviously I’ve stopped logging workouts here for the time being. It always bothered me when logs just cut off suddenly. I think I’ll formally finish with this log until I feel like returning. I’m doing great though! And, more importantly, still working out.

I have started running more. I’m preparing for a 10k and then hopefully a half marathon, in the new year, where I will be raising money for a local mountain rescue service.

I am super busy with college, training, work, university clubs, and an actual social life now. I lift twice a week, and run three times which suits me well.

Body wise I look about the same really, which is nice. I actually like my body lately.

I think my general day to day mood has come along a crazy amount. I have my therapist to thank for that one.
