I dunno about royal jelly but I have had considerable benefit taking Bee Pollen.

IIRC, it’s about the same like ginseng. Sort of gives you more energy.

Bee pollen is pretty good too, provided that you eat a lot of it. Then be prepared a day later or so, cause you’re going to empty the fridge in one sitting - makes you really hungry. At least that was my experience. YMMV.

What types of benefits?

Hi. Glad to be back here in 1989. Good to see that things are back to normal. Someone pass me the Musc-L-Blast.

It seems to have a really feel good factor when I take a whole tablespoon with breakfast. It contains a lot of B-vitamins and complete protein, thats probably why.

Plus it seems to maintain the same changes I experienced with probiotics in terms of digestion.

Where can you buy this stuff?
Does it raise glucose levels to an extreme amount?

only about 10% is made from simple sugars so it won’t raise glucose levels that much, unless you plan on eating a lot of it.

I think it actually has more protein than sugar.
