How the hell does a grown man let another grown man tool him like that. They’re both pro boxers. Jesus.

My favorite is when he backs into the corner for the guy and waves him forward.

Roy Jones Jr is the most entertaining boxer of all time in my book. Such an amazing display of reflexes, instict and power/speed.

I love RJJR. One of my favorite boxers of all time. Always a good show, not to mention ridick reflexes and speed.

Calzaghe is goin down!

One of my personal favs…incredible speed

The first time he lost I was watching the fight at a buddies house who had never seen him fight. I was hyping Jr. up the whole night, basically saying he was indestructable. Second round gets underway and…we all know the rest. It was maybe the worst I’ve felt watching a sporting event. To me, up there with Tyson losing to Douglas. My favorite clip is whn he broke Virgil Hills rib with ONE SHOT. I was watching that fight live with my pop and when he got hit it sounded like a gunshot.

LOL.

Funny the effect boxing has on people… if I had a bottle of Scotch and a handgun after Hatton’s loss to Mayweather I’d have offed myself… .talk about depression…

really cool vid. id have to say my favorite boxer of all time with mike tyson.

roy is going to kill calzage

Roy Jones is a kick ass dude. At my MOS school’s gym, he would come in and play basketball every weekend. A lot of the Marines there got to meet him. Really laid back, real legit.

That is the best damn Roy Jones Jr. Clip I have ever seen. 2:40-2:45…

Damn, this brought back memories when I first remember Roy Jones coming out of the 1988 Olympics. He is one of the few fighters that in his prime he could lead off with his left hook instead of his jab.
I remember laughing at my friend when he almost cried when Tyson lost to Buster, and then our roles were reversed when Tarver beat Roy. Too bad he never got to fight Tarver in his prime.

I’m not sure if he was past his prime, or if he just dropped too much weight too fast from the Ruiz fight to the Tarver fight. Whatever it was, Tarver got him. It still hurts to talk or think about.

I’ve been pumping up Fedor to my friends, saying how he’s gonna whoop Sylvia, he’s the man, what an animal, etc etc. Fedor better not let me down (which I don’t think he will).

I agree… but some fighters just have other fighters’ number.

Tarver certainly has Jones’.

It’s a shame Roy didn’t have better competition to face off against when he was in his prime.

I didn’t want to verbalize that, but I think we were all thinking it.
