Very hilly and a lot of headwind on last 2km
Well training and diet has not been good. I reached 96.2kg and not muscle, looking flabby and unfit at the moment. Good news is I rented a concept2 rower from a local gym and I still have some weights and supermarkets last couple of weeks are much better stocked.
