So this week has been a mix of focus on work/ recovery from 10km run PB/ being at a bit of a crossroads with my training deciding where to go with no competition lined up. First thing is consistency with land training (rowing taking a backburner atl east for the next month or so). I want to smash the weights more and get back to squatting 150+ reps, improve flexibility to do the splits (which I have a plan for) and also lose some weight. I think I can reduce body fat by 4-5 kg
