I haven’t upped the cardio yet because the weight is still coming off on my current program. I probably will be doing two 30min cardio sessions a day by the end of December. It’s not that I’m worried about catabolism, it’s more just letting my body do its thing. If I start upping the cardio more now, I’ll have to do even more cardio later to get the same results.
I am not going to rush this process during this cycle. I’m going to be on and cutting until I reach competition lean.
Time for sleepies now, I have to wake up in 8 hours and do my cardio. Leg day tomorrow, fucking PUMPED!
I think becuase of the increased volume of oil in my shoulder it was really hurting me tonight. Everytime I pulled It felt like it was going to rip my shoulder out. Probably shouln’t have been deading but ya’ll have called me out on the 500+ dead. so here it is. back to the normal schedule tomorrow.
Kinda of a dorian style workout a few warm ups then one nasty set. Was easier on my shoulder to not go balls out the whole time

My weight is 232 this morning. My weight isn’t changing very quickly, but I think I’m still dropping fat. I think I’m growing because of the dose increase.
I’m not sure who I’ve already mentioned it to, but getting the test over 600 again made a huge difference in my overall feeling of well-being. The increase in Tren hasn’t increased any of sides so far, but the increase test really made me feel better.
Fuck this shit. I did my morning cardio, then went to do a little bit of ab work. Started doing some hanging leg raises. On my second set i just up to grab the bar and as soon as my full weight is on arms a feel a nasty pull in my left shoulder. Cant even comfortably flex my arm now. All my "injuries" have happened since i started regularly pinning my shoulders. No more. No fucking way. I don't care how sore my ass is or how many needles I bend in my quads Im sticking with legs. FUCK! Any advise?

Beat the shit out of my legs because it looks like I’m going to be limited for a little white here. Spent an hour with my chiropractor/A.R.T practitioner today. I have a small tear in my Infraspinatus Muscle and my Teres Minor. Been told to lay off back and shoulders for a week. He said that the 1.5" pins I’ve been using might have reached the Teres Minor and the oil in it allowed for the tear. So i can still shoot my shoulders, I just need to use 1 inch pins. Lol, now to find a place with 1 inch 25g pins…
My weight has started dropping now, finally. After weeks of growing/dropping at the same rate it has stopped. Weight was 231 this morning.

Quads, glutes, and ventro glute should be ok. Ventroglute are a godsend as far as comfort and accesibility goes.
I’ve gotten comfy with ventroglute/glute. I’ve always had a thing against quads. never been able to do with without my leg twitching and bending the needle. I think its because i always sit for them. Need to try it standing.
I tried that 2 days ago, but my quads are spastic. the second the needle gets about .5 inches in my leg starts to spasm. Then again. Last time I tried I felt high out of my mind on clen. We’ll try again tomorrow and see how it goes.
Im glad my shoulder is holding up for chest work. It wasnt getting sore at all from it. Still, I`m not going to push to hard for weight, just good form and pump.
Overall, still feeling pretty good. Im off the winny for now. I bumped it up to 100mg/day for the last 2 days and felt way better, or at least my sex drive suddenly tripled for those days, so next time, 100mg/day off the start. Ive stated to get vascular in my chest/arms, something Ive never had all that much off, so Im pretty excited.
One more exam to go for this semester then I`m free till January.
As far as your shoulder injections go I know how you feel. What i have found that helps is using 1 inch needles rather than trying to guess if you have a 1.5 inch the right depth, and after my injection i try to move that arm as little as possible for about a half hour. I have injected as much as 2ml into my delts and had no problems. Heating the oils can help as well.
What is the BA concentration in your test/tren mix? this can lead to a lot of localized pain as well if its too high.
I think there is a lot of BA is fairly normal at 2%. I believe its the high concentration 400mg/ml that’s causing the pain. It’s a lot of juice. But then again, its underground source, so what it says is hopefully what you get lol.
I’ve found heating the oil definitely helps to, but only for the first few hours. I don’t even generally feel the shot for about 36 hours with this stuff. It’s usually on the the 2nd and 3rd third day that I experience the most discomfort. Oh well.
I find the more I move around after the the less painful it is. It usually after I sleep that it starts hurting.

You dont need to stand up, but you do need your leg to be straight, though relaxed. this will shorten the vastus lateralis - the muscle to be injected - and allow it to be easily injected deeply.
The best way to measure the exact place to inject is the following. When standing allow your fingertips to hang naturally and brush the side of your thigh. That area is the exact height you should be injecting, it tends to be exactly in the middle of the muscle in question.
Also make sure to inject in the muscle belly and not in the ITB.
