Round Two for IronJoe

Sorry I’ve been away for the last week. Had to get back to the folks place for Christmas. Got food poisoning from something on dec 25 in the morning. I haven’t been able to eat solid until today.

I had lots of shakes while i was sick but I’m not sure how much I was actually absorbing between the excessive pucking and the shitting lol. Lost about 10 pounds. Good think I’m on or else I would have been fucked lol. Oh well, time to eat like a fiend for a week to get my metabolism back up. I’ll post my 2 workouts i had before i got sick a little later. Have to find my workout log. Peace

If you don’t mind, can you elaborate on the dangers or negatives with missing the muscle belly, for those of us that don’t know (me) and haven’t looked it up yet (me, until about 5 minutes from now)? I know the big thing is absorbtion of the oil, but is there anything else to it?

I found if you hit the ITB band it hurts like fuck to go through. Also think about multiple holes through the band that stabilizes your entire hip/leg system. Doesn’t sound like a good idea to me lol. I’m sure there are other reasons to.

Simply that not injecting into the muscle is a waste of gear.

It is supposed to be an Intramuscular injection, NOT Intermuscular. Intermuscular IIRC is inbetween muscles, and there is little to no way for the product to be absorbed.

The ITB is the Illio-Tibial band, and is the lovely long indentation that separates a heavily muscled man’s outer quad and hamstring. That is basically a very very long tendon, which attaches the small muscle under your trouser pocket (Tensor Fascia-Latae) to the Fibula I believe.
Anyway, if you inject into this (the space between the Vastus Lateralis and the outer Hammie (i forget which it is without looking) the oil will likely leak down towards the knee and collect around the outside of the synovial capsule. It may swell, it may cause pain - it may do neither but i know where i’d prefer my anabolic substances to be…!

So wow, I’ve been a douche and completely neglected this thread for almost 3 weeks. I’ve moved, started school, and all that general beginning of the year crap. anyways an update

I have switched over to all fast acting esters as of two days ago, here is the new scheme.

Injections:
Test Prop - 75mg/ED - Totals 525mg/week
Tren Ace - 52.5mg/ED - 368mg/week
Masteron - 150mg/EoD - 525mg/week
B12, 1000mcg E3D

Orals:
Arimidex - .25mg/ED
Nolvadex - 10mg/ED
B6, 200mg x daily
B12, 1000mcg E3D
Clenbuterol - 100mcg/Day

My testP and TrenA are a mix again called Profina 100mg/70mg respectively. And I’m not sure what ester my Masteron is so I’m taking it EoD just for funsies :slight_smile:

I’m doing Cardio 6 days a week 30 minutes every morning still, have bumped up the intensity. Training is still 2on/1off. Weight is down to 223.

Best part now is that compared to the Test/Tren E mix i had, everything is completely painless. Zero injection pain and very minimal pain in the proceeding days. Pinning everyday has been fun so far, lol, I’m sure I’ll hate it within a week or two.

I would like some input in my dosing. Too much, too little of anything?

I’m dieting till I am show shape. Hopefully only another 4 weeks. My brain can’t take too much more dieting.

One thing, i believe that the mast dose is way too high, i think it has a ceiling of effect.
I mean past 350-400 it doesnt do shit and you are wasting your money, plus seeing as it gives very similar effects to tren you could afford to do 50mg/ed of mast…

haha, thanks brook. I’m going to try a lower dose of the mast next time. but It made me feel amazing. I was really stupid at the end of my cycle and didn’t take the time to do any photos. My legs were at 27’ but they didn’t get as lean as my back/shoulders did.

I would post pictures now but I’ve been off for 3 weeks now and gone back to looking normal.. still nice and lean but not like i was for my avatar shot. Next time.

Things i’ve learned this cycle.

1.) TrenE is good, TrenA is fucking amazing

2.) Masteron makes me feel like god, and gives me retarded stamina in gym and in bed.

3a.) Clen makes me retarded, but cuts fat fast. And for me clen>ephed.

3b.) Clen and T3 cuts fat twice as fast and prevents the dopiness/retardedness.

3c.) I should mention i ran a dose of T3 for the last 4 weeks of the cycle and have been tapering off it while in stasis. cycle was 50/62.5/75/100/100/75/… currently at 50

4.) On Mast, I want to fuck ANYTHING that is even remotely attractive.

5.) My tren limit is 100mg/day. At that dose i get night sweats and an irritable disposition. But no progesterone issues.

6.) at 3600 kcal/day i don’t lose weight fast. at 4500kcal/day i lose 1.5lbs/week. moral of the store, overeat with tren.

7.) The more fat I ate with less carbs the leaner i got as well.

8.) 2 gallons of water a day is essential.

9.) I love pinning ED.

10.) I want to Grow!!!

So overall, according to the body fat analyzer at my gym, my change was

orignal stats

weight 245
BF: 22.3%
Fat Mass: 54.64lbs
Lean Mass: 190.36

Final Stats

weight 223
BF: 5.8%
Fat Mass: 13 lbs
Lean Mass: 210 lbs

Deadlift: 560x1
Squat: 365x5
Bench: NFC, but i did 225x20 so i though that was sweet lol.

My waist got down to 33, but i think i could squeeze another 1.5~2 inches off it with fat/water loss. I didn’t get down to competition conditioning like i had hoped but after 16 weeks of tren, I need a break now.

I still think i made a lot of progress with this last cycle. I definitely feel more like a bodybuilder and not just a big dude. I’m going to run the stasis for at least another 4 to 6 weeks. My balls are growing back already so i know I’ve started recovering but i would rather not take the chance after such a heavy cycle.

I’m not sure if I like the short cycle over a longer one, I definitely accomplished more over a longer cycle, but i think that’s due to the change in products after 10 weeks and the increased dose near the end. I feel that coming off on short esters is much better though.

Psychologically its easier because your not holding as much water so your weight doesn’t fluctuate as much after and the stasis was much faster to get into. less time waiting for the levels to get down to stasis point.

I was really happy when the T3 killed the brain fog from clen. Because clen makes me feel dumb as shit, couldn’t string 2 words together sometimes. Although T3 doesn’t “feel” like anything. Too be honest I don’t know how to tell if its even working. I know I dropped fat faster but there are no physical feelings associated with it.
