haha, thanks brook. I’m going to try a lower dose of the mast next time. but It made me feel amazing. I was really stupid at the end of my cycle and didn’t take the time to do any photos. My legs were at 27’ but they didn’t get as lean as my back/shoulders did.
I would post pictures now but I’ve been off for 3 weeks now and gone back to looking normal.. still nice and lean but not like i was for my avatar shot. Next time.
Things i’ve learned this cycle.
1.) TrenE is good, TrenA is fucking amazing
2.) Masteron makes me feel like god, and gives me retarded stamina in gym and in bed.
3a.) Clen makes me retarded, but cuts fat fast. And for me clen>ephed.
3b.) Clen and T3 cuts fat twice as fast and prevents the dopiness/retardedness.
3c.) I should mention i ran a dose of T3 for the last 4 weeks of the cycle and have been tapering off it while in stasis. cycle was 50/62.5/75/100/100/75/… currently at 50
4.) On Mast, I want to fuck ANYTHING that is even remotely attractive.
5.) My tren limit is 100mg/day. At that dose i get night sweats and an irritable disposition. But no progesterone issues.
6.) at 3600 kcal/day i don’t lose weight fast. at 4500kcal/day i lose 1.5lbs/week. moral of the store, overeat with tren.
7.) The more fat I ate with less carbs the leaner i got as well.
8.) 2 gallons of water a day is essential.
9.) I love pinning ED.
10.) I want to Grow!!!
So overall, according to the body fat analyzer at my gym, my change was
orignal stats
weight 245
BF: 22.3%
Fat Mass: 54.64lbs
Lean Mass: 190.36
Final Stats
weight 223
BF: 5.8%
Fat Mass: 13 lbs
Lean Mass: 210 lbs
Deadlift: 560x1
Squat: 365x5
Bench: NFC, but i did 225x20 so i though that was sweet lol.
My waist got down to 33, but i think i could squeeze another 1.5~2 inches off it with fat/water loss. I didn’t get down to competition conditioning like i had hoped but after 16 weeks of tren, I need a break now.
I still think i made a lot of progress with this last cycle. I definitely feel more like a bodybuilder and not just a big dude. I’m going to run the stasis for at least another 4 to 6 weeks. My balls are growing back already so i know I’ve started recovering but i would rather not take the chance after such a heavy cycle.
I’m not sure if I like the short cycle over a longer one, I definitely accomplished more over a longer cycle, but i think that’s due to the change in products after 10 weeks and the increased dose near the end. I feel that coming off on short esters is much better though.
Psychologically its easier because your not holding as much water so your weight doesn’t fluctuate as much after and the stasis was much faster to get into. less time waiting for the levels to get down to stasis point.
