lol, form is almost perfect for the lift, Iāll post a video next week hopefully hit a 515 for 1.
For the Pulldowns/Rows, its nice and slow with a big stretch. I find i get a lot better results from that style of training with my back. The deads will make it grow, everything else is just for pump and stretching. I can go much heavier on both but I always seem to get less results.

Huge pump day. Felt really good finishing this off. Minimized breaks for everything under 1 minute for everything. No rest between sets of the Arm stuff.
Saturday Nov. 22 - Shoulders / Calves

Seated Calf Raise - 200x15,15,15
Shoulder Fly - 55x12,12,12
Hack Calf Raise - 270x15,15, 360x12, 450x10,10
This was a make-up day for missing shoulders earlier this week. My chest was still sore so I donāt think my shoulders were at full capacity. They were really tight the entire time.
Sunday Nov. 23
Round 1 of todays cardio is done. 25 min on the treadmill, 15% incline, 4mph. My calves are on fucking FIRE. Had a good stretch though and I feel much better.
I have had a persistant cough for the last few days that isnāt a phelmy cold caugh. I think it might be something about the gear. Just speculating though. Started the Winstrol on Friday night. I already feel dryer, its a strange feeling. Iāve uped my water to over 2 gallons per day.
At the risk of sounding a cunt - how in the name of god can you āfeel dryerā at the body fat you are?
You are a strong guy though - very strong.
I would be very tempted (if i were you) to change the iron game i concentrated onā¦
i think - given the pics i have seen of you - that you are swimming against the current trying to bodybuild, yet you have a good strength that if you concentrated on would far surpass the ability you have as a bodybuilder.
What i mean to say is that there are two types of trainee⦠one that works to his strengths and the other that works to correct his weaknessesā¦
The former ends up excelling at one discipline, while the latter ends up being a jack of all trades, master of none.

As for feeling dryer, i just look and feel more vascular when Iām at the gym, Itās probably just in my head, but the only way i could figure to describe it was dryer lol.
I have tried to go into powerlifting before, my trainer started me out that way and Iāve tried doing it a few times. But to be honest, it doesnāt make me happy. I love bodybuilding, and I love competing. Iām well aware I am not the most aesthetic guy, nor do I have the muscle insertions to be a freak, but I do it anyways. Iām going to bodybuild simply because it makes me happy.

Leg Curls were a superset, 30 second rest between each pair. This was a 25 minute workout because the gym was closing. My Legs BURN⦠Going out for a walk now to loosen up and burn a few calories. Later

Tren was giving me a good workout today. felt uber strong so I went heavy deads. felt good. Going to hit 415x15 next week thoughā¦
Everything was only moderate weight but with a nice slow tempo on the eccentric and a faster contraction. Had an insane pump that lasted a few hours.

Yeah we gotta trainā¦once I get big again feelin kinda shitty right now!!! I can vouch for Joe and say that his deadlift form is ridiculously perfect!! It doesnāt matter if heās pulling 1 plate or 5 plates the form stays perfect itās kinda insane actually!

lol, thatās why I bought one of those shower brushes thatās nice a long. Now I donāt have to reach!
Well, after 6 weeks, and running a low dose, I really donāt feel much like Iām on anything. So Iām upping the dose for a bit to see if I feel any better. Iām dropping fat, and gaining muscle but I feel ānormalā other then the raging sex drive. Maybe the Tren is canceling out the āgoodā feel of test.
Iāve bumped the dose up to
TestE - 650mg/week
TrenE - 400mg/week
Winny - 50mg/day
I havenāt had any unbearable side effects yet so why not try a little more ;). See if I can grow in a calorie deficit.
Diet has not been changed. I weigh 235 in the morning. Started taking 10mg of Nolva/day to help with the bloat and it seems to be helping.
any reason why you are not upping the cardio a bit more? (I am actually asking) I havent cut with gear before but I have been thinking about it and I was planning on doing atleast an 70-80min a day or maybe even two 40min sessions as I figured I would not have to worry about the muscle catabolism as muchā¦
