small barrell to maximise control (maybe 1 or 2 ml barrel - 3 ml max)
proper length and gauge pin (say 3/4" 23G) 25G requires too much pressure
heat up oil so it passes through needle easier
I have 1.5" 25G pins and 5 ml barrels. Since I don’t have ideal equipment, I use only ventroglutes, Quads, and pecs. That is not a problem with E3D injections. With prop and/or tren ace it would be imperative to get the ideal equipment IMO.
I mostly use 1ml barrels and 25g pins, 1.5inch for everything. And I do warm the oil, its just that I have trouble aspirating and holding the syringe at the same time. Did it fine today using Brooks method.
I don’t think I’ll be going back to 22 or 23 gauge pins. I plan on using for a long time, thats a lot of extra scar tissue to build up for the sake of a 10 second faster injection.
Back Squats, Narrow Stance 4x15 @ 225
30 second pause
…thats it…
After the 4th set my back was getting so pumped I could barely stand and it was starting to feel like I was going to strain something. So I stopped, I’d rather live to train tomorrow then have to piss away the next 3 weeks on my back.
Now I’m home with my oh so familiar bag of ice and some beef.

Iron,
Curious, is it the lower back near the base of the spine. That’s where I am prone when I do RDL. The daily article on T-Nation’s home page suggested substituting glut-ham raises until it dies down.

My back pain comes from two areas. One my hip flexors flair up from time to time. Usually when I’ve been standing most of the day, and also when the arches of my feet get really right it changes my posture and, voila, back pumps.
It’s strange, I’m both not hungry, but not at all full. I can eat and eat and eat and never get full, but I’m also never hungry. Tren fucks me up. Sa’ll Good.
I had to use a timer and balance my camera on the back of a chair. And I was lacking my mirror so My posing wasn’t spectacular since I haven’t practiced in over 8 months lol.
