I mean Tren, Mast and winstrol are 3 of the most widely used and popular drugs for cutting, HOWEVER, that said i worry that the hardness and granite like look that these drugs can give may be somewhat reduced by the test enanthate bloat(although with low carb and low sodium intake this is much improved, although not stage ready improved IMO).

I didnt realise you were competitive - i shall be paying even more interest to this thread in that case in the hope of learning a few things myself.

I couldnt tell if you are actually dieting for a show - or just a practice run with the drugs to see what is what…?

If for a show - what will the cycle look like in the week leading upto? Will you keep the test?

Talking physique wise - i can see you probably have an endomorphic dominant bodytype… so i understand the struggles you may have (if that is the case) with dropping fat -

Although if my suspicion of bodytype is correct, it is prolly not catabolism you struggle with - but actually getting the fat off at all… in which case a fat burner or two is highly recommended,

And is actually the most obvious need for anabolics while cutting, so one can diet harshly to get sliced without the obvious catabolic response caused by the necessary use of T3/ECA etc…etc…

So what type of condition have you managed to get down to so far? ie. your best competition BF level?

Also… do you look similar now to the photos in your profile?
Were they taken on, before or after the last cycle?

How long has your diet been as you posted, and exactly how strict are you at implementing it? As i am sure you know - AAS (even Trenbolone) are not going to cut you up alone…

The diet is very professional though - and this leads me to suspect it is a new venture that you are unsure as to quite how difficult it will be to stick to.

I may be way off base of course, but it is a common problem is all.

Make sure to always eat clean (assuming my suspiscion of your bodytype is close) and always bulk clean. That is the downside of being able to gain weight so fast… However you have a very large frame, and i can see a fair deal of raw bulk - good start IMO.

Sorry for the questions, i also apologise if they come across as anything other than professional interest. Knowing the above will help me to fully picture you - as you are, as you can be and as you want to be… and allow me to give any scraps of advice assuming i have any!

No I’m not dieting for a show, this is just a practice run for next November. I have considered switching to test prop and tren Ace for the last 6 weeks or so to get rid of the bloat. Just wasn’t feasible to run the whole thing that way. But it has been in the back of my mind since I started.

As far as the diet, thats the way I’ve always leaned out. The exact same diet. Every time lol. I have an iron stomach and never get sick off foods so I have no trouble sticking to it. It is a slight modification of a diet that my first trainer gave me. I’ve found I do better with very little carbs except around my workout and some morning if I feel the need for them. Other then that i dont have trouble staying away from sugar. It’s fat foods that kill me. Lots of nuts, rib eye steaks, bacon and sasuage. I’ve added in all the EFA’s to each meal to satisfy my need to fat.

As far as pictures I need to get a camera, those were taking on a friends camera. I was 210 in the those pictures (the ones in a gym), and at the time i was playing with the anabolic diet and it was during after 13 days with no carbs i was pretty dry. I was still clean at that time. I think those were the last photos I took before i started my last cycle. Im not as lean as i was in those photos now but im 30 pounds heavier. The other photos were from January and February respectively. Dropped about 14 pounds in one month lol.

I can drop fat really easy for the first bit but the last 15 pounds are very difficult for me. I’ve only managed to get super lean once and it took me 16 weeks which was my second show. But I always rebound after and have trouble maintaining a lean physique. I can get abs no problem and and my back get shredded really fast. But my lower back and hips hold fat like a women. It’s not cool lol. I’m pretty soft right now, But the i think its becuase the test bloat is here but the weight is still kicking in. I was 255 at my heaviest during my last cycle and i did pack on a few extra pounds of fat that I’m still carrying.

I used to be pretty fat and I puff up very quickly. The lowest i’ve been is around 5.5% ~ 6% body fat [caliper tested] I would like to get into that range again this cycle perhaps lower given the gear. I’m hoping that I can get rid of those last remaining baby fat stores that I’ve never been able to shred. That way if I put on fat its a little more spread even then it is now.

I just picked up an ECA stack which is my normal cutting drugs, however i also happen to have enough clen to last me a lifetime so i might try that too. Im curious about cytomel though. Anything to help me along. I have access to pretty much anything so toss in anything that you think would work. Except DNP, that shit scares me.

I’m up for any kind of criticism, and compliments. I’ll try and get photos up as soon as I can.

On a note about the cycle, Tren kick in a bit today, i felt like ass at the beginning of my workout but then after about 2 warm up sets I started seeing red. Fucking insane energy, as though Zeus was firing lightning at me. I’m still “high” from it.

This is a photo of my coach. She’s one of my inspirations and first got me into competitive training and bodybuilding. She also powerlifts, with a 501 deadlift, 259 bench and 360 Squat. At 150 something pounds lol. Puts a lot of us to shame.

I’m 237 in the morning when I wake up. Feeling pretty good still. No bad sides yet and its been 2 weeks since I started. Another week or so and everything will be at 100%.

Sleep is getting crazy, I fall asleep really fast but I wake up after about 5 hours and feel ready to get up. It’s getting really difficult to stay in bed. Good thing the gf sleeps naked, or I probably wouldn’t stay in bed.

I went and got a camera, so photos are going up either tonight or tomorrow morning.

Oh ya, and I talked to my doctor about what I am on and he got me some more inj B12 so I’ll probably do that 2x a week. 1000mcg on Mon/Thurs. He also helped me find the right spots for some of my injections. Apparently I’ve been shooting to far forward in my shoulders and a bit high in my ven glute. Always nice to have a supportive doc. Also showed me where to pin my quad. going to try that today since i have a day off tomorrow to deal with a virgin muscle shot.

Wow. Delt shot was much nicer this time. I put off the quad shot till Wed since I have to train legs on Monday, and i did my right shoulder today. It’s going to hurt like a bitch tomorrow. I’ve iced it all day hoping to stem off the the inflammation. They haven’t been pinned in almost 4 months so I’m bracing for the worst. Apparently I can stick a 1.5 all the way into my shoulder and not hit anything. I was impressed.

I was a bit shaky due to not having a pleasant experience last time i pinned there. Then they guy in the apartment next to me who shares a bathroom wall with me started barfing his guys out and I almost lost it, I hate hearing people barf.

Had a carb up meal today. The gf’s parents took us out for dinner at Boston Pizza. Good plate of Rice and chicken with chili. Feel pretty tired because of it. At least that means im getting more carb sensitive.

Iced the shoulder again, feels pretty good. Nothing I couldn’t handle. I’m glad it didn’t flare up like last time I did a shoulder shot.

1st cardio session is done. Steady state cardio, same as last time. 22 minutes. then i did 50 rep Squat/Bench/Assisted Chin/Deadlift. All lifts were done with 135 [except chins]. Had a bit of a pump going but it really helped loosen everything up.

Stretched for a full 30 minutes and that felt really good as well. I’ll start posting workouts starting tomorrow so people can see progress.

Cardio session again tonight, but I might just do an hour walk outside since I have to go into work. Gotta pay the bills.

So my sex drive is through the roof, and my girlfriends sex drive died.

Squats were done with 1 minute rest between sets

Standing(St) and Lying(ly) leg curls were a continuous super set. 8 sets, the only rest was the 5 seconds between machines

Leg Ext were 10 slow with a 2 second pause, then 5 hard and fast.

5 minute cool down on the elliptical. 10 minutes of stretching

total time: 1:15 minutes

November 11 - Back/Shoulders

BB Press - 135x15, 155x12, 175x10/8/8
Neut Chin - 15, 25x8/8/8
Fly - 45x12/12/12 + drop set
Lat Pull - 180x12/12/12
Seated Row - 160x12/12/12
Close Lat Pull - 140x8/8/8

Fly drop set was a continuous drop set working my way down the rack to 15.

Superset the Seated Row/Close lat Pull with no break between. Just a retarded Pump.

Would have done some rear delts but with my shoulders still being tight from injections they were pretty pissed off at me for pressing.

This workout also had to be right when I woke up so that I could make it to the Remembrance Day Memorial, so it wasn’t has heavy as I could have gone had I had some more food in me.

Apparently the gf fixed her issue so therefore I did my cardio in bed this morning. I’ll go for a walk tonight to.

Going for some sushi tonight… Should be good. Going to stick with sashimi and an order or rolls.

Soooo I know this is thinking why in advance, but my supplier just started producing ProFina, a mix of 100mg Test Prop, and 100mg Tren Ace, and its priced very well. So i will run it for the last 6 weeks of the cycle.

I’ve got the same reaction randizo did to his triceps injection (mines in the shoulder) its nice red and warm about 2 inches below where i injected, I think my shoulder is just pissed off. I’m going to go see a doctor today to make sure its not an infection. Anyways off to eat more food; it’s time for a bison dinner steak with veg!

I’m trying to figure out what happend to me last night. I was out at the strippers and at about 12 I started feeling like I started feeling really cold and achy, the same way you do when you have the flu. So when i got home I checked my temperature. I figured if i started heating up I was going straight to the hospital in case it was systemic shock or something. But I wasn’t, my temperature was normal so I had a shower and went to bed and set my alarm for 6am to check my temperature again. At 6 I was drenched in sweat. I checked my temp again and it was normal. Woke up at 7:30 and felt fine.

I am assuming since I’m not in the hospital it wasn’t systemic shock, but it couldn’t have been the flu since it lasted <12 hours. Any insight? I’m going to book an appointment to see my GP next week but if anyone has some ideas I would be glad to hear them sooner. thanks

After doing some reading I think i may have got some oil in a vein. Probably happened during a shoulder shot, I can’t fucking aspirate when i do them!!

Either way holy shit Tren is making it hard for me to stay hydrated. I’m throwing back almost a liter an hour and my piss is still bright yellow.

Took today off due to the fever thing. Going to do my double cardio tomorrow still, then back on the horse for Monday.

Now to go have a bath in some TigerBalm and go to sleep.

I aspirate in every bodypart. If i couldnt i wouldnt use that bodypart.

If you are only injecting a 1/2ml then it might not kill you, but it wont be nice.
1ml plus i would not risk shooting directly into a vein.

Is there a reason you do not aspirate? I hope it isnt becasue you have seen professionally trained medical personnel giving IM shots with un-known drugs without aspirating?

haha I have seen professionally train medical personnel not aspirating, and I usually tell them that I notice :wink:

I aspirate all of my shots, however, I can never seem to do it in my shoulder without bending the needle, almost dropping it or making multiple stab wounds on the inside of my shoulder. I will have to redouble my efforts to learn to aspirate there. Any tips?

I tell you how I do it…

I sit on a standard office-type chair backwards.

I rest the arm to be injected on the back rest, the upper arm is basically extended out in front of my torso but as it is resting on the backrest, the delt is relaxed.

Inject away.

The fact of the matter is, it is imperative one learns how to aspirate and inject with just the one hand. Obviously it is impossible to use both hands when injecting into the deltoid!
