150 pull-ups. Did 600 pushups yesterday. Let’s match it
150 pull-ups to get the morning started. Aiming for 600 pushups today, done in 15 sets of 40.
Body composition is already improving!
Have been doing the pull ups with alternating grip starting wide overhand, then switching to regular chin ups, then switching to close grip chin ups for bicep work
I take 90 sec rest between the first 70 and then I bump the rest up to 2 minutes until I reach 110 - 120. Then I go and do the other 30 with about 2:30 rest between each set
I will start deadlifting and doing sled work soon. Not sure how I feel about squats as I’m tired of visiting chiropractors.
I wish I kept my trap bar but I’m moving soon and won’t have room for it anyway. I’m downsizing because I’m tired of working myself to death and sacrificing my health with unhealthy habits that don’t align with the person I want to be.

Only managed to crank out 480 pushups yesterday as I was busy with work.

Still doing my 150 pull-ups every morning. Averaging between 500 - 600 pushups a day. Feeling solid
did my 150 pullups as usual then decided to try something different. I think I’m gonna start running daily again

Yeah! Glad you solved that mystery. With good food (you get to keep down) and decent rest, there are no limits.

150 pull-ups as usual
Upgraded my push-ups to sets of 50. I was doing 40 a set and that got to be a little too easy.
Up to 450 total and I woke up 5 or 6 hours ago. Shoulders and neck are feeling tighter than they should, but I feel like doing more push-ups helps them loosen up.
Will aim to do 12 sets of 50 daily going forward, total volume is still 600 but hopefully increasing the number of reps per set will stimulate growth.
