This past week I was still sick but I took a day off from work and slept a bit and I am starting to feel better. Plus I made it to the gym today :slight_smile:

I have been going to the the gym… I just havn’t been recording the workouts here like I used to…

The routines were getting to be so pathetic, being that there were so many things I couldn’t do, that I just stopped updating this.

For today though…

Bench Press 1x8x45, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 2x4x135, 3x10x100

HS Iso Row 1x8x45, 2x8x90

T Bar Row 1x8x45, 2x8x70

HS High Row 1x8x45, 2x8x70, 1x8x45

I am going back to physicial therapy next week and for now I am just trying to maintain until I can get to a place where I am able to get stronger again.

I feel like I update this thing every 2 weeks now.

I started PT for my shoulder yesterday, I guess before I was in PT for my neck shrugs

I will be doing that for about a month.

After that I wne tto the gym.

good to see you hanging in there! Hope the PT can resolve the issues and you can get right back to where you were! Any cool plans or goals for the new year? :slight_smile:
