Ronda's Log

I still cannot use dumb bells w/o pain… I need to find a way around that…

Plus I am pretty damn weak now…

Bench press 1x10x45, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x135, 4x5x125

T bar rows 1x8x55, 2x8x70

HS Iso Rows 1x8x45, 2x8x90

HS High Rows 1x8x45, 2x8x70

Inclined DB Press 2x8x30

NG DB Press 2x8x30

The DB press feel too light and yet they still hurt a bit in my shoulder :frowning:

Hey I was wondering…do you get pain while you are lifting? I know there are a million different injuries but I will get a random pain in my hand while lifting but my arm/shoulder area doesn’t get sore until a day or two after lifting.

try sticking to barbell work for a while.

hope your feeling better

Today kinda sucked.

Bench press 1x8x45, 1x5x65, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x3x135, 2x2x135, 2x5115, 2x4x115

HS Iso Rows 1x8x45, 2x8x90

Pull ups 3x2

BB Curls 1x8x50

Today Sucked because my bench press sucked and it sort of irritated my shoulder. I was not happy with any aspect of it.

I am happy however I get to be visiting my friends right now

ETA - umm this is Ronda, I guess I am still under Joe’s name, oops :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice work joe?

I’m logged in under my own name this time!

I am still in AL and will be returning to CT in a few days. I have gone to the gym regularly and am feeling much better since my injury. I am however having trouble regaining my strength and have been made fun of frequently by Joe :stuck_out_tongue:

I am comtemplating changing my program up a bit, like I said before. Though I am still trying to figure to what exactly.

How is the shoulder?

When are you back home?

You know I’ve heard if you let a bunch of bees sting you, then can make you forget about your tendonitis. Let me know if that works! =)

Tah Dah!

I can send you some Bees!
we have about 50’000 in two hives

wow, thank you both for your suggestions and help :stuck_out_tongue:

Hey, I have tendonitis too! High five!

how are you feeling after the workout?

Good to see you back in the game.

Well I am sort of back to having shoulder pain as I was put back on unrestricted duty and hurt myself doing the same job that hurt me before… which really pisses me off…

Hopefully after I see the doctor again my restrictions will become permentent so this doesn’t keep restricting my life outside of work.

So as I am mainly kept to lower body work at the moment…

Squat 1x6x45, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 2x5x135, 2x4x155, 1x1x185, 2x5x135

SLDL 1x8x45, 1x8x95, 2x8x145

GM 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 2x8x85

Tricep pull over 1x8x40, 1x6x50

pull ups 3x1

bb curls 1x850, 1x8x60

Nice work… sorry to hear about the shoulder, nice squats.

Thank you

I am a bit frustrated about the whole thing…

Bench Press 1x6x45, 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 4x4x135, 3x10x95

T Bar Rows 1x8x45, 1x8x55, 1x8x70

HS Iso Row 1x8x45, 2x8x90

HS High Row 1x8x45, 2x8x70

I found out I have to see an orthopedic for my shoulder and probably get an MRI…

It feels ok as long as I don’t do the thing that bothers me… which makes perfect sence… if it could only work that way…
