Thatās a bummer. I enjoyed his interviews with Lawrence Neal. These things hit differently at age 67.
Iāve known Roger for more than 50 years. He was a great friend. He understood training and how to get results. I will miss him.
Thereās a chapter about Roger in my book: The New Bodybuilding for Old-School Results.
Sad! Another legendary voice for HIT exits the stage. From all that Iāve read, he was one of the good guys. May he rest in peace.
I fired up my podcast app this morning to listen to the news w/coffee (as I do), and see that the TNT (Truth Not Trends) podcast has a tribute to Roger Schwab episode up. I highly recommend it.
(There is also an excellent interview with Ellington D in their archives).
