Both look OK. Try opening your taint more on squats. Drop your butt maybe 10 cm more before you pull and squeeze oranges in your armpits.

No. I mean once you grip the bar, squeeze oranges in your armpits. Then take your air and brace, then drop your hips.

and i find myself coming across 72.5kg for the 3rd time
6-8 reps, and ofc i only got 6 lel, at first i was a bit bummed, but tbh, after doing some high rep sets before hand, i think its a bit of progression, definetly dont think i could have got another clean rep though.
