Hit 4x15@60 yesterday.

Last time I tested was prob a year and a half ago hit 142.5

Pretty light % 1RM then.

The sole purpose of this one is a little quad hypertrophy… nothing more

top single this week with bands pulling the bar away from me 220kg

piss easy. 275kg is gonna be a cake next year

hit 4x8 double paused deads at 170kg
and 4x6 SLDL at 150kg after

After moving into wraps, squats have been a straight smoke show. I wouldnt doubt it if i was able to hit 240-250kg by summer next year. Moving up a revolution and 15kg per week to see where i land over the next month or so

still lifting with Kaleb. gettin more and more serious about lifting. Got a meet coming in May going to compete classic raw. I always forget to post on here haha

Pulled a conventional rep PR today @ 210kg for 6. Crazy how much harder this stance is than sumo haha

227.5 for a paused set of 4 the other day. sumo has progressively gotten better and better over the past few months
