Brother how are the A7 slippers? I’m feeling spendi.

Looking at the Bearfoot Athletics Ursus and Notorious Lift because hype but it’s a little extra to ship from the US.

I’ve liked generic slippers for deadlifting and squatting in my new flat/wide stance. With the double use they are wearing thru a bit. I don’t really have issues with grip or sliding in the slipper due to lack of lateral support (even though there is no lateral support lol)

Would like something a bit more durable still close to the ground and minimalist. Dunno if I like metatarsals straps like on the A7s and notorious lift.

Ursus smallest size is a 7 though and apparently it runs a bit big so 6.5 would be more appropriate

Help me gear hype brah

The A7’s are alright. I like them for the price point for sure and they run a little small which is kinda annoying bc it scrunches my pinky toes in a bit.

I cant speak to the others, but they do look nice for sure. Ive had my A7’s for about a year and a half now with no wearing/tearing issues yet.

How’s Kalebs coaching going?

Its goin good, trying to balance that with all sorts of crazy hours at work as well as remodeling our master bathroom.

We’ve been working through some small tweaks to form and Ive been consistently doing more back work each session. Its starting to show some benefit i believe. Got about 12 more weeks till the meet. Hopin 1300+ is gonna go down.
