Yessir, just below my left knee cap. Been doin a bunch of banded isometric sits you get some blood flowing before my squats. I didn’t have any pain up to 120KG today so I’ll prob program an easy day next squat day
Got some quad tendinitis myself because I rushed back into squats a bit as my back injury was clearing up. Still working on it currently but with some guidance from Squat University and just good old time it’s clearing up also.

I actually searched what to do about a week ago, and I’ve been doing those banded squat sit isometric thing he explained in one of his videos to get blood flowing through the joint. I actually haven’t had any pain the past three sessions. Hoping I’m on track to getting back to regular training

Back was fried here, cut it short.
Days where the app has u work up to a double can get pretty heavy. I’m wondering where the medium rep days is.
I feel like the heavy days are a little too heavy for the prep I period, and easy days are almost too easy.
Easy days I can understanding make sense for their purpose but some of the hard days are strange. Maybe when the app wants u to hit high intensity but low volume u get a few doubles. I do enjoy a solid 3x5 but can’t always be that
Agreed, I need a little more volume at lower intensity as well. Heaviest I’ve pulled prior to Saturday was 400lb. Three days later it’s tellin me to hit 3 doubles at 470… back was straight Murdered up until midday today

Within reason changes though lol. A smidge more stress maybe but the app takes it into account and it’ll rest u harder to compensate.
The deciding factor for me is going to be in a few months. I’ve got a meet May 16. If I can somehow pullout a 1300+ total I’ll say this Sheiko gold app will be a success. I just like the idea of progress. If I can bump my total by 100+ pounds a year that’s success

Injuries fucking suck man, hate that for you. My knees are what gives me issues. If I had never run smolov with shit form I’d be in a much better place lol
I had knee issues too recently haha when my back cleared up enough to start squatting again went too hard too fast. Cleared up now thankfully
