Slow beginning, great ending… Glad No one else got hurt…
OMFG! that was pretty awesome!
I don’t get why people try so damn hard to control what others do on the road (by tailgating in this instance in an attempt to get the woman to go faster)…why not just go around her?
Another thing I love is when people flip another person off (It just says “weak” to me, like something an adolescent girl would do). Nothing says I’M SO FUCKING MAD more than when someone puts up their middle finger, I always love to just smile and wave back at them, or purse my lips at them.
of course nothing works quite like the ol’ “ignore” manuever, like they don’t even exist…
That would have made my year lol
I witnessed something very similar on a local road last winter. With the way the hills roll some catch a whole lot o snow and ice on one side and bare on the other. So I’m poking along in the right lane on the clear side of a hill that must have irritated a guy in a jeep cherokee very badly. As we crest it he passed me and honks the horn. Then swoosh, swoosh, swoosh goes his rear end and BAM straight off the road and into the mounded dirt median at about 50 mph.
Stupid is as stupid does.
I see so many of these guys in big pickups acting like they own the road.
i hate people who cant turn their phone sideways when filming, wait wrong thread
The sound effects make it 10x better.
I hate people who camp out in the fast lane.
Not related to road rage.
One time my gf and I, we got up early to go fishing, and we’re at a red light, and this sedan, or 4 door car pulled up next to us.
There was a kid in the back seat, maybe 8 years old or so, his finger was like 2 knuckles deep, picking his nose, think he put his finger in his mouth when the intercourse was over.
So I pulled up a bit, and just pretended to go to town on my nose while looking at the kid until he saw, and fuuuuuck, hahaha, he was so mad, started flipping us off while we’re in tears laughing.
Like I pick my nose too, but the rule has always been don’t get caught.
Just thought I’d share that special moment.

Doesn’t appear to be a fast lane as there are turning lanes, just the left lane.

Isn’t the left lane considered the “fast” lane? IMO the person filming was being as big of a jerk as the tailgater. Once you’ve passed whoever you are passing, get over. It’s like she (sounded like a woman when she laughed at the end) was trying to force this guy to drive a certain way; it’s not her job. And, laughing at someone else’s misfortune makes her even more of a douche.
Brilliant, this made my day.
A friend of mine who I used to ride with always kept a hand full of ball bearings and marbles in his pocket for tailgaters. Whenever someone was too close he’d take out a few, drop them then hit the throttle lol. Dude was nuts.

This. Growing up I remember seeing signs on the highway that said “Slower traffic keep right”.
The left lane is a passing lane, unless there is an exit you plan to use. I have had people tell me that they think as long as they are driving the speed limit, they can drive in whatever lane they want and you have to go around them.
Not only that, but it’s a common courtesy issue. if someone is coming up on you from behind in the left lane, move over. There are lots of people who will intentionally sit there and feel you should go around them. Even when they are sitting right next to someone in the right hand lane, they maintain speed and you’re stuck. They know it, and it sucks they just sit there knowing they are being discourteous to someone while in the safety of their own vehicle. It’s weak.
As you said, it’s them trying to control how you drive. Same thing with people driving 10 under around town. They won’t speed up for you because “why should I speed up for you and drive how you want me to?” Very hypocritical since they are forcing you to drive how they want, and you can’t do jack about it.
Dude in the truck was over the top for sure, and after he passed, everything that happened was his fault. But the person filming KNEW she was pissing him off and continued to disregard “unwritten” rules of the road to do so for the sake of a good video.

No. The left lane is the passing lane on interstate and typically highway and this appears to be in the middle of town. She has no obligation to leave the left lane especially since at the end of the video she appears to be making a left hand turn.

Normally I would agree with you, but this was originally posted on Reddit, and the person who took the video explained that there were 2 tractor trailers in the right lane, so there was no where for him to go until he passed them. The guy who crashed was pissed that the guy wouldn’t pass the trucks going like 85 or whatever he wanted to do and so he then proceeded to make a big show of flipping this dude off. Also the cameraman mentioned seeing the truck passing people dangerously a few moments before this even took place.
I love how the left lane is “the fast lane” like the SPEED LIMIT doesn’t apply…
