Sorry man I just saw I never replied to this. I don’t hace a set schedule for calves other than leg day on Sunday. I usually try to get them in a couple more times a week. Your calves specifically are designed to take a beating from walking/running/other daily movements. Blasting them frequently won’t cause recovery issues. I have a leg press/hack squat sled that I use for calves. It allowed me to get a good stretch and extension and I can go high rep lo weight or heavy. It’s pretty versatile.

Thanks man. 400 lb stack so it goes decently heavy. Some lady was moving from a big mansion to an uptown town house and didn’t have space for it. It was upstairs at the top of a spiral staircase. Mahogany stairs and custom iron and wood banister. She said if I could get it out with damaging it I could have it for $200. Looked it up and it retails for around 6k! Best deal I’ve ever got

Dude I just checked out your before pictures and you have a sick bruce lee tattoo. That brought back memories of when I first saw Enter the Dragon with my dad. The final fight scene was fucking epic

That is a nice machine. Something similar to the one in my gym only way better looking. I might start hitting a few extra days a week and see if I can get a better response. I’d use the one like yours plus another one like this

Bruce Lee was an incredible human being, he was the forefather and pioneer to a lot of modern stuff today. That tattoo is at least 15 years old and was my very first tattoo, haha, full back piece. Enter the dragon was and probably is the number 1 martial arts movie of all time, the final battle was indeed epic

Arms ( Sundays workout )

Bicep Cable Curl (rope) 6 sets
Preacher Curl ( machine ) 10 sets
Double bicep Cable Curl 4 sets
Tricep Pushdown 6 sets
Tricep Extension Overhead rope 6 sets
Seated Dips ( machine ) 10 sets
Wrist Curls 6 sets - superset with gripper
Reverse Curl 10 sets - superset with gripper

Chest (Todays workout) 04/03/19

Pushups 5 sets
Machine Press 6 sets
Incline Bench Press 10 sets
Lying Cable Flys 8 sets
Standing Downwards Flys 4 sets
Upwards Cable Flys 4 sets
Forward Dips 4 sets

Legs time around 1 hour 30 mins. Arms time around 1 hour 50 mins. Chest time around 1 hour 30 mins

Attempted some squats with very light weight. Back felt ok . Not sure if I should push it or just keep it light. It felt strange the movement. Its been a long time since I done one.
Had a lower calorie weekend. Wasn’t feeling the best and I’m down to 191lbs. Hopefully this week with constant eating I might make 192-193.

Still knocking out the Rich Feeders every night. It’s not getting any easier. Gonna take longer that expected to reach 160 reps without a break. I’m on 80 reps and just about.

Reading all those exercises and sets took me back to my bodybuilding training days back in my 20’s. Felt young again for a brief second. Thanks :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Hey fellas, these last few days have been really tough. A lot of personal stuff going on with life at home. I’m feeling like I cant win this one. Haven’t been eating or sleeping much, life is going down the drain. It’s bad to the point I feel suicide is my only way to peace. Everything I have worked hard on for the last 10 years is crumbling before my eyes and I’m fucking helpless to do anything about it. I don’t know how I’m gonna pull myself through this, I haven’t got much support and feeling like a lost cause. I was really enjoying my training and mixing with you guys, but lately I just cant bring myself around to even be online. Don’t even know why I’m posting this shit on a training forum.

I’m sorry to hear that man but look, life is a big journey and there’s going to be massive ups and down. You can get through this. Just keep pushing

So sorry to hear you are doing it tough man. I’m not sure what to say or what advise to give as each of these situations are very personal and different. What I will say is you are not alone. Man that hurts my heart to hear you say that. I’m with the other guys… we’re here for you man. Virtual or not, I care about how your doing. I’m very sorry that whatever it is your going through it causing you so much pain.

I’ve been there man… at rock bottom, hating myself, and loathing my situation. Let me tell you this though man. It can get better and it will if you work for it.

I believe with all my heart that God has a plan for each of our lives and more often than not it’s not the one we choose or expect. Sometimes the path He has planned for us requires pain and growth on our part beforehand.
