Rizla Training And Transformation Log

Gonna get back to my log here from Sunday, tough week there with personal stuff. Need to start hitting the gym hard again and shovel the food into me. Looking forward to it

1 month update: So after a rocky start with some problems, I’m back at it. There is a few more problems down the line coming up, but for now I can focus on myself again. Have kept up the eating and up 9lbs in weight from 1st Jan. Some extra water retention from increasing my TRT dose and calories.

Weight 184lbs ( Up from 175 on 1st Jan )
Calories 4000 ( Up from 3000 on 1st Jan )
Macros 200 Protein / 480 Carb / 130 Fat

New workout plan
Monday - Chest , Biceps , Abs
Tuesday - Back , Traps , Calves
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Shoulders , Triceps , Forearms , Abs
Friday - Quads , Hamstrings , Calves, Biceps
Saturday - Cardio
Sunday - Triceps , Traps , Forearms

Will follow this setup for the next 4 weeks. This run I am attempting something new to me, which is growing into a cut. Normally I would either bulk or cut and then maintain to give my body time to adapt before my next adventure. See how this goes. The target is 5 months away so that’s plenty of time. Calories will be started at a max amount for me to grow, slowly transitioning into cut mode with weekly deductions. My calculations indicate by June 1st i will be down to 1800 - 2000 calories. Cardio will be increased weekly at a slow rate and should be max output by June 1st.

I wasn’t going to bother about the drugs being used, but its my log to look back on so why not. There is no point leaving out vital information. I’ll be maintaining 500mg Test E to the end and switching other drugs ( fast acters ) every 6 weeks. As of now:
Test 500mg
NPP 300mg
Proviron 25mg daily ( have nolvadex sitting ) dosages kept minimal

1 month update pics tomorrow

Starting to feel strength going up, feeling full out and pumped after gym. All this eating is making me feel a bit sick, I’m going to start reducing my calories slowly from Monday.

After seeing @jackolee pics I have decided to keep my vest on to not show him up LOL ( hiding my belly ).

Your gonna want to run the NPP longer than six weeks. I’d shoot for 12. How long are you going to keep test at 500?

Was gonna keep running the test at 500 till the end, around June. I only bought 6 weeks worth of NPP, 6 weeks of Tren Ace and waiting on my source getting me 6 weeks of Masteron prop. It’s something I seen on rich piana bigger by the day videos, his cycle switched compounds every 6 weeks or so. Never tried it before lol this is the first.
What kind of cycle would you run when cutting ?
@jackolee

@Rizla81
m pretty conservative about what I’ll run. I’d probably just keep the test at 500, and maybe do 6 weeks of var or winstrol. Throw some HGH in the mix and you’ll lean up quick. Any way you slice it though Diet is your most useful tool

Mate your eyes look a bit off. See doctor

That’s one thing I have never tried is HGH, I hear It’s great for fat loss. It’s very expensive here. There is cheaper knock off Chinese kits going around but I’m hesitant to try them. The diet is something I have always struggled with, not going to lie, but I’m terrible at it. I do ok at the beginning and then go off the rails. This pic is a few years ago

As you can see there is still a good bit fat left on the after pic. I need to focus most effort on the diet this run… Someone hide the cookie jar lol

That’s some solid progress right there dude! Yeah HGH is expensive. Best price I can find ranges from $170-300 for 100iu. So I’d be looking at $500 a month roughly for 5iu daily. Growth is best to run for like 3-6 months to get best results as well. My doc writes me a script for sermorelin which boosts natural HGH production. Even that runs me about $200 a month. The top end of normal for my age and igf1 levels is about 250 and I come in around 315 most labs so it’s making a significant difference. I’m going to stay on it one more month and then do a cycle of 750 test, 5iu HGH daily, and possible add another compound. Want to do sort of a lean bulk. Keep the shreds but try to ad another 5 lbs or so. Still planning it all out.

That was over 12 weeks. I could of extended it possibly another 4 weeks or so, but decided to call it a day and start eating again, winter was approaching. Suppose it wasn’t a bad effort, just not at level I’d like to get to. 500 a month lol, I couldn’t afford that right now grrr!. So sermorelin a prescription med boosts HGH natural and IGF1? I will have to check that out later, do a bit of research. When is your show coming up? I take it after that then you are planning a switch up? Looking forward to following that mate. @jackolee

Yeah it is a GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone). Encourages the pituitary to secrete more HGH which in turn ha the liver produce more igf1. It’s more of an anti aging drug but my doc writes me more of an aggressive dosage. It’s called sermorelin acetate.

Shows in 6 weeks and then possibly another one three weeks after that. We’ll see. Yeah then I’m gonna try to grow some more and enjoy some food lol. Have a good one dude

Needs more steak

Nothing like a big steak. I’d order one at the weekend. I hear you eat steak 5 times a day? lol. See when I cook steak, it ends up fit for a vampire or like a leather boot. Never get the timing right.

High heat. Best to use an iron skillet, sear on medium-high for 1-1.5 minutes a side, and then put it in the broiler for 15 minutes or so. Makes a nice medium rare steak.

Or on a grill, 500F, 3 minutes on a side for medium rare, 2.5 minutes on a side for rare. Adjust up or down for a thicker or thinner steak.

On a grill is ALWAYS optimal, and difficult to fuck up. I just know a lot of people think it’s the only way because it’s easy to butcher it on a stove. The problem is heat control. Non-stick pans are so thin that despite getting super hot, when a cold steak (or even room temp) is slapped on, the steak actually cools down the pan. An iron skillet doesn’t have this problem if it’s heated properly. A high smoke point oil like canola oil is good because once it starts smoking in the pan you know it’s good to go. Then, once you’ve seared it, the time in the broiler is what determines whether you’ll get rare or well done.

Also if you want a treat, get a 2 inch ribeye, heat wood charcoal til red hot and throw it directly on the wood coals for 3 min a side. Gives a char like nothing else and a great flavor.

Yeah, we have a full set of iron skillets that I use the hell out of, but we don’t do steak indoors since my grill is under the porch overhang right outside the kitchen door. Plus, until we get rid of our crappy electric stove and get a good gas model I don’t trust my stove to maintain heat well on the stove top.

Your way is totally legit, and not everyone has the luxury of a grill.

First, sorry to hijack your thread, Riz. I used to grill on straight mesquite charcoal when I had a cabin in Big Bear, Cali, but I never thought to go straight onto the coals like that! I’m going to go in with someone on a whole beef this Summer, probably, I totally need to get some 2 inch ribeyes cut.
