Going well. Mom is not 100% but at least 95%. Thank God, and I mean that. Just haven’t talked myself into to lifting yet. I have at least thought about going out to lift so that’s something. I did rake and pack leaves for 4 straight hours Wed. that was a decent workout by itself. :rofl:

I am on an arsty fartsy binge right now.:roll_eyes: My ass seems to be glued to this chair, but my brain cells are slowly returning. (Can’t say as much for my sense of smell :rage:)
Christmas is coming st me like a freight train and I am definitely not ready.

Did you figure what was going on with your elbow? I haven’t peeked in log in a while, sorry.

That’s wonderful news! You’re right - thank God!!

It’s true, landscaping and yard-type work are actual workouts. I reckon you’ll return to lifting when you’re ready to. Lifting for me has always been like waves, increasing and sustaining in frequency for a while then backing off til the next wave.

How so?

I hear that! Half my family was sick, so we didn’t have Thanksgiving this year. You’d think I’d be more prepared for Christmas, but noooo lol.

The doctor said I bruised the tendon. It’s feeling somewhat better - after five months!! - and I start PT soon. I’m able to lift again, which has been much-needed for both exercise and house/yard purposes. Tha ks for asking :slight_smile:
