Rising From the Ashes (CL)

I deleted that one after I had to put it on YouTube to share it. I figured the world really didn’t need two videos of old, pudgy chick lifting.:rofl::rofl: I’ll have to figure it out when I have more time.

Have you even posted any pics or vids on IG. I checked your account and it says 0 posts ?

1st one was this morning. I copied the link, and when I clicked on it from here, it took me to the profile set up page. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, so…
I just deleted it.

Got stung by another scorpion Sunday morning on the little toe while going to make my coffee. Felt pretty shitty yesterday but better this morning.

Wu= not enough to worry about

Anderson squat (16)
2x5/bar
1x5/115
1x5/135
1x5/155
3x1/175

Squat
1x5/115
5x3/135

5 rounds
Belt squats
1x10/75
Leaning lateral raise
1x10/7
Front raise
1x10/10s
Rear delt raise
1x10/10
Arnold press
1x10/20s

Left shoulder crunchy on the lateral raises. Left trap still trying to take over but not as bad. Things seem to be shifting to a m ore level position.

I want at least one unilateral leg exercise in this deal, will try to get some bw walking in lunges while.making lunch.

That a euphemism for peeing?

Also scorpions sound awful and your lifting is decent, you keep saying stuff like old and pudgy but I see some strong lifting and lean woman consistently plugging away and making progress, kudos.

P.s. move your log out of the over 35s (what a stupid delineation anyway!) I always forget to check in! (Maybe that’s the age kicking in and maybe it’s time I move my log across instead …)

No, that was literally dragging the water hose around watering the okra.

Thanks! I just need to get over myself. I am once again embarking on a strength cycle so the thought of cutting back on food does not sound appealing. I just ate dinner and still hungry :sob::sob::sob:

Maybe I will move it back up to the training log section when I come up with a new name for this round.

Leave it in the over 35s, you’re motivating the rest of us in that bracket!

So we’ve settled on Chicken maintaining 2 logs then?

Not sure I love the new log name (everyone is a critique), I am a very simple man and it confuses me when log titles change. This will take some getting used to. Just for the record I think diminutive sends the wrong message I feel you are far from this.

If you wanted a D word why not go with, Dandy (what its not 1920 you know), Daring, Dazzling, Delicious, Dauntless, Debonair, Defiant, Determined, Dedicated, Dextrous (want to see some flexibility pics though  )

I think @Chris_Colucci would frown upon that, and I certainly don’t do anything remotely interesting enough to warrant two logs.:rofl::rofl:
