Every damn set the left shoulder is lower than the right. Bybthe end I am consciously trying to pull it up even with the other. Hmmm… now I have to figure out how to fix it.

Apparently so. It can lopsided the other 23,75 hours in day. It needs to straighten up when i am trying to bench…lol
I don’t notice it on the OHP. Didn’t notice it on the trap bar carry. Why is it doing it when I am benching?

Is the left dropping or are you elevating the right one? Im guessing it’s the latter. I’ve never seen someone accidentally depress a shoulder but elevation (shrugging) is quite common.
Could be, the left arm is the one that is flared out and not holding up its end of the bargain. Just going to have to work on it. Thanks!
