Lunch
Chicken platter
Instead of eating a carb meal or going to dinner like I somehow end up doing on a wednesday. I ordered a meat platter for lunch. The lemon herb sauce isn’t exactly meat and eggs but it was tasty. Only about 17 grams of carbs anyway so nothing major.
Dinner
500 grams chicken thigh
1 egg
Used butter as a dipping sauce. Would’ve ate more eggs but couldn’t be f**ked peeling them
Which ligament did you tear, what grade, and how was it diagnosed? It’s uncommon for an ankle injury to still lead to poor running months later, despite rehab
I’m not sure, as I didn’t get an X-ray. This was about 2 and a half years ago, a physio diagnosed the partial ligament tear. then early this year I sprained it which sort of stuffed it again.
This is where I’m at currently, also have daily mobility stuff that I do. When I re injured it my ankle degree of flexibility/motion was 40 degrees on the left ankle and 51 on the right. Now they are both 50. Ive progressed to plyometrics all the way from just mobility work which I was doing at the start. As for pain it’s kinda of hard to pinpoint but I’ll take a photo later
Some of the exercises are not fun at all haha. The introduction of plyometrics is good as it’s something I’ve never done before so I feel it’ll have athletic carryover as well as the rehab.
