Itl be awesome to compete with you man. What weight division are you thinking about competing in? Im undecided. I just think I’ll compete in whatever field I’ll be comptetitive in. If I’m better suited to a certain weight class then thats what I’ll do. This is a long way away of course but its stuff to think about.

If my genetics allows me to carry a lot of bodyweight on a sub 6ft body, then super heavy’s for sure. If my body wont let me get up to a healthy 310lbs/140kg - 330/150kg then I’ll probably go compete with the freaks in 105’s.

You’re 5’8 right? Thats the same height as me. Hopefully we grow alot taller haha. I’d really like to be 6’2+ but i doubt that will happen.

Yeah I’m about 5’8, my dad is 5’11 so that’ll probably be my height. I’m hoping taller because my shoe size has already outgrown his by 1.5 sizes. He wears 10’s I wear 11.5’s

I am 5’9 with size 12 feet. My dad is 5’8 with size 8. I got my feet from my mom. You may be the same, haha.

Yeah you’ll probably get a little taller. With that logic though I’ll grow to 6’4 which would be nice :grinning:

I hope both of you kids have good fortune in the genetic height lottery. At 5’7", 200# is the most I’ll ever weigh unless I just want to get fat. There is hope, though. My 16 year old stepson’s biological dad is the same height as me, and hit mom is 5’0" even (or 4’12" as my stepson likes to say while giving her a hard time), and he’s at least 5’10" right now, thanks to some tall person genetics hiding further up in my wife’s family tree, with another year or 2 of potential growth ahead of him.

And Duke, your new avatar picture inspired me to change mine. My back really is my best angle. :stuck_out_tongue:

My mums side is all short and my dads side all the males are 6’2 + with my tallest uncle being 6’6. I hope i get that kind of height lol. I bet your stepson is happy with 5’10! If i was 5’2 like my mum I’d hate life.

You’re back is awesome man! High frequency for my back is what has grown it. It just continues to grow and grow. It gets hit hard everyday so it has no choice to respond :ok_hand:. If only my legs, arms, and chest werent so pathetic lol. I do well with shoulder genetics though

5×3 50%. Used a bench that the unrack height wasnt adjustable because one i normally use had a class going on. You’re not allowed in there when it’s on. The class is literally run by a douche and its separate to the gym like not a class run by the gym. The guy is a dick. Also on every rep the whole class yells because thats the kinda shit the guy who runs it tells them to do. It’s like a cult, they even have there own special shirts. Its so cringey.

After bench did 4×8 on cable rows with 60kg

Lol those cable rows destroyed my back. Might start throwing them in regularly. Also my lower backs been really tight lately and nothing I’ve done has been helping. Thoughts? Its going to sound weird but ever since I’ve started doing reverse hypers its seemed to have started
