Let’s see…definitely gonna go with a Pioneer. I don’t even have lifting chalk, but I’ve been doing my lifts beltless for a year now. So it’s time I invest in a belt.
No chalk? Damn. I’m lucky my gym has chalk bowls so i dont have to buy any

Chalk is pretty cheap anyway
I get what your saying. But my gym is free so if the only thing I need to spend is $10 on chalk once a year then it’s ok.

Close grip bench 5×5 form was actually ok considering first time barbell benching in 8 months.

Lat pulldowns 30 second restbetween sets. 8×8 @lava2007 @SOUL_FIGHTER got a good lat pump. Had to decrease weight to get all the reps after set 5

Hell yeah! Just remember, the belt won’t make you invincible. You still need to breath and brace properly in order to use it effectively and safely.

That’s why I’m excited for it. I figure it’ll help me to have something to brace against so it’ll improve my beltless bracing too.

Yeah about 40 minutes from where i am, i just looked it up. Fuck i thought it was over east… i got express shipping so i wouldnt have to wait like 2 weeks. I wouldn’t have to wait that long anyway
