2 Ham and salad sandwiches
Large bowl of salad, noodles and chicken

Bowl of oats, yoghurt, banana with honey on top before bed. Soon I’ll be having protein with breakfast oats, and before bed. Also in the afternoon. I ordered some creatine as well
10 mins mobility
Some corrective exercises for fixing anterior pelvic tilt. I really wish i wasnt a laxy asf kid throughout my childhood and didnt be chubby and play video games all day and did sports instead.
Lower back feeling like shit because of it and once i did these it felt wayy better. Need to really hammer the posterior chain too.
Core work my Young Duke.
lots of core work, practicing breathing and bracing as part of it. working all the muscles around the waist line, is very good to that lower back shit feeling.

@danteism you know how your traps grow if you just think about doing a shrug? Mine have literally exploded in the past week of being back to lifting. I just noticed. I’ve seen a little growth on other muscle groups but my traps… I think strongman exercises like carries, axle cleans really toast the traps. I’ve mainly done leg and back work with a little overhead pressing (axle) in the last week.
They definitely do, and if you got good trap building genetics the rate of growth will be ridiculous
We’ll see. I’ve just come off a layoff so it would be muscle memory but i do remember my traps growing pretty easily
