Cheers man I’ll have a look, right now i can only do the strongman classes becauseat the moment i cant afford paying double the money for a membership to have access to the superbox which has the strongman equipment.

Also the superbox has alot of cool shit i cant use but its allgood for now :heart_eyes:. i have access to the functional area, which has tires, axle bars, Trap bar, sandbags, prowler, battle ropes, chains, deadlift area, rings, benches, racks,Ghd, benchesetc and alot of conditioning equipment. The other big room when you walk in has the machines and some racks, also dumbells. Im Pretty happy!!

The best part about the functional area is their was no one using it, heaps of people were in the weights/machine area. I’m going to mainly use the “functional” area

I know I am late to the party considering you have access to a gym now, but: 1+ on the importance on bodyweight exercises. Yeah there’s pussy exercises no grown man should be doing for strength (planks without significant weight, body weight squats, normal push ups), but if you can rep out one arm pull ups, dips, push ups, do stuff like front and back levers, unsupported handstand push ups, etc you will have exceptional upper body strength and stability if you are a bigger guy.

GPP is important, Eddie Hall used to be a fucking swimmer back in the day.

I never said bodyweight exercises are useless, i just believe theirs no point doing them (for my goals) unless its in conjuction with strength training. You don’t see some calisthenics dude go and deadlift 300kg or ohp 100kg×10.

A highly achieved swimmer as well.

Mobility/Foam rolling
15 minutes. Foam rolling to reduce the evil doms I’ll have tomorrow and mobility because i noticed in front squats my mobility was shitty. I think i should do this regularly.

@T3hPwnisher i looked for that strongman program you mentioned and i had to subscribe for them to email it to me, i never received the email and i cant get sent another one apparently.

@T3hPwnisher the program has deadlifts on saturday and for a while that will be when i take a strongman class. I was thinking removing back squats on a tuesday and putting deadlifts before paused fronts squats. That way I have a rest day before thursday. What do you think?
