I have no clue if there fixed or not. They look to have weight plates on it and theres the metal spin collar thingys i think. Also theres the barbell in the barbell holder standing up slightly to the left.

My mum came to the college for a bit so Hanged out with me mum instead of doing sprints. Doing them tomoz.
Then went and checked out the gym and it was closed even though it was supposed to be open. I can go back on saturday to hopefully sign up. Had a peak through the windows and the older style equipment looks fucking sick. Also spotted a picture of arnie on the wall.

MMA
1:30 hrs of mma today. I want to do a nice writeup for yall like @twojarslave does with his bjj but i cant remember like 60% of the combos and stuff. My partner for today said she’ll tell me it all tomorrow at school. Il edit this post when i have it lol.
Anyways, Solid session of MMA. i really need to work on kicks. Very uncoordinated especially with my left leg. whereas my boxing skills are okish (punching is significantly easier on coordination). Also MMA coach says i have alot of power.
Food

3 choc chip cupcakes. I was in the dining hall and post study sometimes we get supper,depending on if we had dessert for dinner or not. anyways, i had like 3 cupcakes but would have inevitably had like, at least 15. If they didn’t tell me to not have anymore😂

Oh and good news, i achieved my first Ever A in maths. Got results back from my most recent assesment and got an A.
Weird, normally my grades are good in english but D or C in maths. It’s reversed and I’m getting C’s in english.

I can’t speak to the striking component of MMA, but grappling is very detail oriented and logging the way I do is a tool for me to sear the day’s lessons into my brain. I’ll usually read it again before the next time I hit the mats too.

Thanks muskrat! I don’t really like posting about school, but other aspects of life are important too. Maths is the hardest subject for me so it’s good its going well.
