70 weighted crunches with 2.5kg

K was going to comtinue until i got to 100 crunches but was done after the final 70 weighted crunches. Altogether 270 crunches with 70 weighted

Yes sir!!! Never had em but ive went from 94kg at my strongman peak to 79kg with almost abs lol. I think 75kg will be where that sixpack poppin. Need to add some muscle mass back tho lol…

Just wanted to say how much more energy i have now that i dont eat as much and eat really clean, i think i was overeating and just eating th3 wrong foods for my body
