Okay ngl on Monday we learnt that the muscle responsible for elevating your testes when you’re cold is called the cremaster.

Ever since then my mates and I have been discussing what would be the most effective training method to illicit hypertrophy in the cremaster.

10×10 axle push press 4 minute rest 45kg. Leg drive is getting awesome and making overhead effortless and maximum powaa! Also pr for volume on 45.

I swam a for competition in a warm pool once and felt like death immediately afterwards
